There are many things to love about Blake Lively, but what we appreciate most about her is how often she keepsĀ it real when it's so easy to just pretend (as many celebrities often do).

Blake took to Instagram to talk a little about her struggle to get back into shape after the birth of her second child in late 2016: "Turns out you can't lose the 61 lbs you gained during pregnancy by just scrolling through [Instagram] and wondering why you don't look like all the bikini models. Thanks @donsaladino for kickin my A double S into shape. 10 months to gain, 14 months to lose. Feeling very proud."

In the past, she's opened up about how women's bodies are unfairly judged, especially after pregnancy. Blake said in an interview, "It's like, this is what someone can look like after a baby. I think a woman's body after having a baby is pretty amazing. You don't need to be Victoria's Secret ready right away because you just did the most incredible miracle that life has to offer. I mean you gave birth to a human being! So I would really like to see that celebrated."

Still, it isn't wrong to want to change the way your body looks if it means feeling great, too, so congrats to Blake for reaching her fitness goal!
