Mayor Joseph Estrada's daughter with Laarni Enriquez, Jerika Ejercito, gave birth yesterday to Isaiah Joseph. Her steady boyfriend, Bernard Palanca, was more than happy to welcome their son. Mom Laarni and brothers Jake and Jacob were present during her delivery.
