Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner will share a home together in London during filming for the second Batman movie.
Despite their ongoing divorce proceedings, the couple who announced their split last year, will apparently share a home while Ben films Justice League: Part One in the U.K.
Ben and Jennifer have stayed on good terms and have continued to live in their Los Angeles family home together with their three children Violet,10, Seraphina, seven, and Sam, four.
The couple are intent on continuing their arrangement and sharing parenting duties when filming for the comic book epic begins in Hertfordshire, England later this month.
"Ben and Jennifer are a very strong cohesive unit," a Hollywood insider tells editors at U.K. newspaper The Sun. "They have created a new normal, which will continue while they are living in London. Ben wants his family close when he's working, and staying together in a new country will be a great experience, despite himself and Jennifer being no longer a couple."
Although she is in the process of splitting from Ben, Jennifer has praised his parenting skills, telling U.S. TV show Extra the actor dressed up as Batman for their son's birthday.
"We all dressed up, I dressed up as a ninja and Ben dressed up as Batman for Sam," said, adding that it, “was the best dad moment in history."
Ben's role as the Dark Knight in new movie Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice has won him critical praise from audiences other than his son, even as the film has attracted negative reviews.
Batman v Superman director Zack Snyder has even earmarked the star as a possible option to take charge of a standalone Batman film, a project for which Ben has reportedly written a script.
Audiences will next get to see him play the character on screen when Justice League: Part One is released next year.
