Pop star Ariana Grande has reportedly split from her boyfriend after a year of dating.
The "Bang Bang" hitmaker's romance with backing dancer Ricky Alvarez went public last summer, after the couple was spotted kissing at a bakery in Lake Elsinore, California, where the singer was infamously caught on surveillance cameras appearing to lick doughnuts she had not purchased.
They have kept their relationship low-key, but in May, Ariana gushed about her boyfriend, saying, "We're happy. I'm a very happy girl. I have a healthy life right now, and I think that's all anyone cares to know."
However, sources tell U.S. news show Entertainment Tonight the pair has since broken up.
Ariana hinted at the split over the weekend by deleting all Instagram posts featuring her ex, while she also celebrated a fresh chapter in her life by debuting a new fringe hair cut.
"Change. feelin free. happy. Banginnnnnnn (sic)," she declared on Twitter, before deleting the message and instead writing, "Life is wild and change is f**king fantastic."
She also thanked fans for their support, adding, "I love you. ty (thank you) for loving me and caring and having my best interest at heart. I love u (sic)."
Grande previously dated rapper Big Sean, but the stars parted ways in April, after eight months of dating.
She has also romanced former The Wanted star Nathan Sykes, and Australian singer Jai Brooks, and Ariana has been linked romantically to One Direction singers Harry Styles and Niall Horan.
