She captioned it, "Got something REALLY SPECIAL made by @heemee.tattoo."

The adorable heart's gradient effect, sparkles, and pink hue perfectly match her bubbly personality! It's definitely different from the tiny "dream" on her right wrist, but it's equally beautiful.
