Kapamilya actress Angelica Panganiban said she might tie the knot next year--if her boyfriend, John Lloyd Cruz, would ask for her hand in marriage.
"Kapag nag-propose siya next year, sasagutin ko na siya (If he would propose next year, I'd definitely say yes!)!" the actress was quoted by PEP.ph as saying.
"Hindi, kasi siyempre, di ba, noong bagets ako, sabi ko, gusto ko, kapag 28 na ako, may asawa na ako. Para pagdating ko ng 30, mag-aanak na ako. E, 27 na ako ngayon. Kung wala, e, di hintay ako next year, hanggang 29. Kapag wala pa rin, 30. Tapos kapag 31, hihiwalayan ko na (When I was young, I wanted to get married at 28 [years old] so that when I hit my 30s, I would be able to have kids. Now, I'm already 27 years old, but I can wait until I'm 29 or 30. But if I don't get a proposal by the time I'm already 31 years old, I would break things off!)!" Angelica jokingly explained.
The actress did say, however, that she's in no hurry to have kids.
"Hindi pa muna. Parang mas gusto kong ma-enjoy muna ang buhay may-asawa (Not yet, I think I would like to enjoy life as a married woman first)," she said.
