Angel Locsin has revealed that she spent the holidays with her boyfriend, Azkals player Phil Younghusband, who was sick that time.

“May sakit siya. Nagka-trangkaso siya. Sa bahay lang kami (He was sick. He had the flu. We were just at home.),” she was quoted as saying in an interview with Push.com.ph.

The actress was also asked about the gifts they gave each other for Christmas, which she declined to answer. “Ah, secret na namin 'yun, sa amin na lang 'yun (Ah, that's our secret, we'd rather not reveal it),” she said with a laugh.

Despite the couple’s increasing closeness, Angel doesn’t see herself and Phil taking their relationship a step further anytime soon. She has admitted, though, that they have talked about marriage but refused to give more details regarding the topics they discussed. “Wedding plans? Wala pa, wala pa. Plans pa lang (We don't have them yet. They're just plans),” she said.

She also said that she hasn’t made any big plans for the upcoming year, saying that she’s not the kind of person to do so. “Wala pa talagang plano eh. Siguro ewan ko, parang naka-focus pa ako sa career at sa One More Try so hindi pa ako makaisip sa mangyayari sa 2013,” she said. “Hindi rin naman ako 'yung nakasanayang gumawa ng resolution, parang wala kasi sa pamilya namin 'yung mga ganun. Sana lang this year mas healthy 'yung lifestyle, mas kumakain ng gulay (I really don't have any plans. I don't know, maybe it's because I'm still focused on my career and on One More Try so I wasn't able to think about what will happen in 2013. I'm not used to making resolutions either, because we don't really do that in our family. I just hope that I'll have a healthier lifestyle this year and that I'll eat more vegetables.).”
