Actress Amalia Fuentes filed 11 counts of libel against Annabelle Rama on June 13 at the Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office, PEP.ph reports. According to "Chika Minute" on 24 Oras, she also filed a case against TV host Bianca Gonzalez, who wrote an article entitled “Love, Laughter & Intrigues with Eddie & Annabelle," which was published in her column on The Philippine Star on February 12.

In a report on "Star Patrol," TV Patrol's entertainment segment, Amalia is quoted as saying, "Bianca, I don’t know you personally, but hija, take a seminar, take some lessons on what to write if you are planning to write more columns para hindi ka na masama sa libel case. I hope that this will be your last, hija."

The actress claimed Bianca had published the content of the column without including her side of the story. "It is her column, and Bianca could’ve easily checked with me," she added.

She also said that she had attempted to straighten things out with Annabelle before, but her efforts to reconcile were fruitless. "I tried to fix this before kaya ko tinatawagan si Eddie (Annabelle's husband) para maayos namin ito. But what I got was more insults from her on Twitter."

As of press time, neither Bianca nor Annabelle have given any statements about the issue. In a text message to "Star Patrol," Bianca said she would be addressing the issue today.
