Things are not looking too bright for Alma Moreno’s relationship with husband Mayor Sultan Fahad “Pre” Salic. In an interview with Startalk and PEP.ph, the actress and politician admits that she and her husband, who is based in Marawi City, have not spoken to each other in nearly a year.

“'Yung totoo lang, hindi ko siya nakausap. Kasi, ang alam ko, hindi siya papayag siguro. Basta matagal na kaming hindi nag-uusap (The truth is, I haven’t talked to him. He probably wouldn’t agree. The bottom line is: We haven’t talked in a long time.),” Alma was quoted as saying, adding that the distance also hurt their relationship.

“Mahirap ang relasyon na sobrang magkalayo kayo. Wala naman akong masasabi sa kanya, okay naman siya. Kaya lang, ‘yung super-layo, ‘yung time (It’s hard to be in a relationship when you’re far apart. I don’t have anything to say about him, he’s okay. It’s just that, we’re too far away, and the time.).”

Alma says she has made her decision, but that she still needs time to sort things out. She says that she has been praying for guidance, especially since she has a three-year-old child with her husband.
