Make them your motivation to improve.
“Take all the negative energy thrown your way and turn it into something positive.”
Know that it’s okay to cry once in a while.
“It’s normal to be sensitive–there’s nothing wrong with having so much feels.”
Speak up! If you think your point is valid, say it.
“One of the worst regrets you can ever have is not standing up for yourself enough, or not voicing out your opinion when it mattered.”
Don’t be too hard on yourself by constantly overthinking.
“Sometimes, having haters will make you doubt yourself. Don’t let them get to you.”
Keep it real.
“I learned that once you get to know who you really are, it becomes much easier for you to defend yourself against bullies and bashers, because you know what’s true and what’s not.”
