“I used to wax or shave and that would give me chicken skin—now, I don’t have that anymore,” says Dawn, who has already expressed hope that her daughter Ayisha would realize the convenience of the procedure.

Dawn believes that beauty “starts from within.” “It’s in your mind—it’s peace with the world around you. It’s being happy with what you’re doing in life, and knowing your purpose.”
