Last month, we asked you, dearest FNites, to pick your favorite teleserye couple from our list of 15 memorable team-ups. The voting has since been concluded, and Kim Chiu and Xian Lim’s team-up as Jade and Andy on My Binondo Girl is the FNites’ top pick, getting 1864 out of the 2104 total votes (88.59%)!

My Binondo Girl tells the story of Jade Dimaguiba, the unwanted daughter of Chen Sy, a wealthy Chinese tycoon. When unfortunate circumstances force Jade to pose as Chen’s son Yuan, she finds support in three young men: Onyx (Jolo Revilla), her childhood best friend; Trevor (Matteo Guidicelli), the stepson of her father’s business partner; and Andy, a former rival who ends up as one of her staunchest admirers.

The teleserye also marked Xian’s breakout in show business and made the KimXi tandem one of the hottest love teams in the industry. And as if their on-screen chemistry isn’t sweet enough, the two are also rumored to be “more than friends” in real life, with Xian surprising Kim with a yacht ride for Valentine’s Day. How’s that for romance?
