Sarah Geronimo’s career seems to be off to a good start this 2013. She’s set to be a mentor the The Voice of The Philippines, and she’s likewise slated to appear on a teleserye and a sitcom on her home network, ABS-CBN. Also, PEP.ph reports that the Philippines’ Pop Princess has been nominated for the Favorite Asian Act category for the 2013 Nickelodeon Kid’s Choice Awards.

Nickelodeon’s official website describes Sarah as “a multi-awarded, multi-platinum recording artist, a movie star, a TV personality with her own musical variety show, and an inspiration to young people and adults alike… a true Philippine superstar for the 21st century!” The other nominees are Chinese singer-actor Han Geng, Malaysian singer Shila Amzah, and K-Pop superstar Psy of “Gangnam Style” fame.

Voting started on February 14, and the the awarding will be held on March 23 at Galen Center in Los Angeles, California. The show will be televised in the Philippines on April 16.
