A Pinay fan who has been a loyal follower of hotel heiress Paris Hilton for 10 years now finally got to meet her idol in the flesh at the press conference for Century Property's Azure on August 17. PEP.ph reports that Paris recognized Isha Dinio herself when event host Andi Manzano said her "most loyal Pinay fan" was in the room. Paris immediately pointed behind the cameramen and said, "Oh my god, is that Isha? Is that her? I can see her."Isha was one of the first people to find out that Paris was coming to the Philippines. The heiress herself tweeted her on August 2, saying, "Hey @iamishagirl, I'm flying to Manila, Philippines, on August 13th for a few days. Would love to meet up while I'm there. Love you. xo P"
GMANews.tv reports that Isha handed her idol a doll wearing a baro't saya and a Philippine-made picture frame in a native woven bag. Paris gave her a hug and a bag from her designer collection afterward.
Isha couldn't help crying after meeting her idol. "Thank you so much for wanting to see me. You're an inspiration," she is quoted as saying on PEP.ph.
"I'm so happy to meet you. I'm so happy, I am," Paris replied. "I [knew I was] going to meet you for the long time we've been talking on Twitter. I saw you there, and I knew that was you. You're beautiful."
Paris told the media at the press conference that she was very happy with the Philippines' warm welcome and that this would not be the last time she would visit the country.
