Grammy Award-winning artist Michael Bolton couldn't help praising boxing champion Manny Pacquiao's skills in the ring at the press conference for Hit Man Returns: David Foster & Friends on October 25, ABS-CBNNews.com reports. The concert, which was held at the Smart-Araneta Coliseum later that night, also featured musicians like R&B singer Ashanti and Pinay singing sensation Charice.

"Probably he's the greatest fighter who ever lived," Bolton is quoted as saying. "I'd love [for] him to win. I wish I could go there to watch the fight." He was referring to Pacquiao's upcoming fight in Las Vegas on November 12 against Juan Manuel Marquez.

Hit composer David Foster was also impressed with Pacquiao. "I saw him fight live three months ago. It's crazy because, like Michael said, we never experienced a fighter who gets stronger and faster. I remembered Muhammad Ali told me a couple of years ago, 'I've never seen a fighter getting stronger and faster every round.'"

Now that Foster has met Pacman in person, he says the boxer is a "sweet guy." The hitmaker also revealed that, if he had the opportunity, he wouldn't mind penning a song for him.

Pacquiao's version of "Sometimes When Touch" reached no. 19 on the Billboard Adult Contemporary chart in June, PEP.ph reports.
