Netizens were surprised on April 13 when actress Katrina Halili posted a series of tweets on her official Twitter account, @katrina_halili, in which she talked about grievances she had with a certain My Beloved co-star, PEP.ph reports.

"Sana mamatay na c Emmy sa mybeloved (I hope Emmy dies in My Beloved)!" she said of her character, the kontrabida, in one tweet.

"Ewan ko ba (I don't know)," she added. "Nachachakan na nga ako sa itsura ko, at katawan ko ngayon Kung baket may nai-insecure pa din saken. (Personally, I don't think my looks and my figure are nice right now, so I don't know why I'm still making someone feel insecure.)" Katrina recently revealed that she was pregnant with singer Kris Lawrence's child.

"Sana nga may powers ako na dedmahin, kaso kung nakikita mo at nakakatrabaho, nakakaharap,at nakakaeksena. Ang hirap. Wawa naman baby ko (I wish I had the power to avoid this person, but when you see them and work with them all the time, when you face them and have scenes with them, it's hard. My poor baby)," she also said.

She replied to tweets from friends and followers about the issue but avoided mentioning any names. She also said that this wasn't the first time such incidents had happened. "@tina_daniac alam mo na 5yrs ago. Nangyari na to (This already happened five years ago)," she said in one tweet.

Meanwhile, PEP.ph was able to get information from two sources regarding the alleged feud between the two actresses. Apparently, during a surprise birthday party for Nova Villa on April 11, Marian said goodbye to all her fellow cast members except for Katrina because the latter was covering her head. On April 13, the sources revealed, Katrina also slapped Marian for real in a scene they were filming for the show.

While Marian herself has not talked about the issue, her manager, Popoy Caritativo, has already released a statement through text. "As far as Marian is concerned, masaya ang environment sa taping," he is quoted as saying. "If Katrina is always in a bad mood because of her pregnancy at ayaw niyang nakikita ang director, any of the staff, or co-stars niya, and she wants to quit the show, she should just talk to management about it like any professional actor would do."
