It’s almost a year into Phil Younghusband and Angel Locsin’s relationship, and still, the two appear to be as in love as ever—a rare thing in their respective industries.

When asked by PEP.ph what makes their bond so strong, the young football player was quoted as saying, “A, sa palagay ko, communication (A, I think it’s communication.).”

Phil went on to say that one reason their relationship is so strong is because he and Angel don’t try to keep their problems to themselves.

“Kasi lagi kaming nagko-communicate with one another, so kung may problema ako, I’ll tell Angel. (Because we always communicate with one another, so if I have a problem, I’ll tell Angel.).” The same apparently goes for the young actress.

As for plans of marriage, the athlete says that while he wants to settle down, he doesn’t know when that day would come yet. “Pero alam ko, I want it, gusto ko mag-settle down with Angel (But I know, I want it, I want to settle down with Angel.).”
