Love Story
Nina and Radolph first met in high school at the Sacred Heart Academy in Guagua, Pampanga. When they graduated, they lost touch until Randolph added her on Friendster in early 2008. "He actually didn't recognize me in my profile picture. He sent me a private message, saying ‘Hi! By the way I'm Randolph.' Then I replied, ‘Are you crazy? Of course I know [who] you [are]; that's why I added you!'" shares Nina. From then on, they started texting and chatting endlessly.
The two would also find ways to see each other, even as Nina was worked as a nurse at the University of Santo Tomas Hospital in Manila, while Randolph was based in Pampanga. Nina and Randolph's relationship still flourished despite the distance, and during that time, Randolph would constantly ask Nina to marry him. Come 2009, the two found out that they were on the family way. With this, they then decided to make their plans of getting married come to reality in February 2011.

Wedding Preparations
Nina and Randolph tied the knot in Pampanga, and they chose a chic and cheery yellow and blue palette for their wedding. Their ceremony was held at the majestic Betis Church, which is considered as the Sistine Chapel of the Philippines.
The couple treated all their loved ones to a charming reception held at a relative's private garden. By filling their affair with various beautiful details, they were able to make their February wedding feel like a fun summer day.
"Learn how to trust your wedding suppliers' abilities and talents, for sure there is a remarkable reason why you chose them in the first place," Nina tells couples who are planning their wedding. "One thing I learned in nursing is to delegate [tasks], and that sure worked well in [planning our] wedding. Our family and friends were more than willing to be of help-[all we had to do was] ask them," she adds. Nina also learned to value what her husband always told her during their preps: "Try to make the wedding preparations fun, rather than fret on things which will only make you look a year older on your wedding day."
