Love Story
Doctors Melanie and Winston met each other through a common patient, who made an effort to pair them up by giving Melanie's number to Winston. Winston gave it a shot and texted Melanie, and asked her to go out on a date with him. "The [first] date worked out, and then we found ourselves going out more often," shares Melanie. As they enjoyed each other's company, the two eventually became a couple.
With their instant connection, it was quite no surprise when Winston popped the question. He came up with a quite creatively inspired by their profession. "Winston asked me to examine his tooth as he was complaining [that] something was wrong with it. As I was examining [his mouth], I saw a small piece of paper tucked inside. [W]ritten on the [piece of paper] was ‘Will you be my wife?,'" recalls Melanie. Surprised, Melanie tearfully hugged Winston and said yes.

Melanie and Winston's wedding was an intimate and personalized affair. The couple wanted to celebrate their big day with their closest relatives and friends, and they kept their details unique and unfussy at the same time. With a burgundy, gold, and brown color palette, the couple's union also exhibited an elegant ambiance. Their coordinator, Ernest Pascual, made sure that their wedding was consistently laced with charming details that bore the couple's special monogram.
In planning their wedding, the bride learned that the preparations entailed lots of research. She tells couples to "envision the type of wedding they want, then hire a coordinator whom they think can help them transform their vision into reality." She adds, "A highly experienced and trusted coordinator can reduce their stress a lot. No wedding is perfect, but a well-planned, coordinated wedding and with God's blessing can be almost perfect!"
