Winston gave it a shot and texted Melanie, and asked her to go out on a date with him. "The [first] date worked out, and then we found ourselves going out more often," shares Melanie. As they enjoyed each other's company, the two eventually became a couple.
With their instant connection, it was quite no surprise when Winston popped the question. He came up with a quite creatively inspired by their profession. "Winston asked me to examine his tooth as he was complaining [that] something was wrong with it. As I was examining [his mouth], I saw a small piece of paper tucked inside. [W]ritten on the [piece of paper] was ‘Will you be my wife?,'" recalls Melanie. Surprised, Melanie tearfully hugged Winston and said yes.
