The old adage "Love is sweeter the second time around" could be thought of as a cliché, but Jen and Eugene do not think so.

Jennifer and Eugene were schoolmates since kindergarten, yet they barely noticed each other. It was only when they were in high school that Eugene started to pursue Jen. However, things didn't work out for them, and that was that--or so they thought.

A couple of years later, Jen and Eugene met again. Eugene pursued Jen once more, and with both of them being more mature than their high school selves, they eventually became a couple. They were met with various challenges, but after a nine-year on-and-off relationship, their differences kept them together, and led them to finally tie the knot.
