Love Story
Jane and Dexter worked in two separate supermarkets--Jane's was in Rizal while Dexter's was in Cubao. However, their paths crossed when common friend, whom they both hired as technician, brought them together. In March 2009, the common friend told Dexter that he would like Dexter to meet someone he knew--so Dexter got Jane's number and gave his friend's remark a shot.
Dexter sent Jane a message, but when Jane got the text, she thought that it was just some stranger and ignored the texter. However, when their common friend told her that he gave her number to Dexter, she finally replied--and that resulted to a month of texting. Eventually, two started dating. After seven months, Dexter and Jane officially became a couple.
Ten months into the relationship, Dexter planned a special surprise for Jane. Jane was on her way to Hong Kong and tried calling Dexter on the phone, but realized that his line was suddenly out of reach. She got mad when she found out that Dexter had taken an earlier flight to Hong Kong.
When Jane finally got to her hotel in Hong Kong, she heard a knock on the door. It was Dexter, with a bouquet of roses. "I already forgot how mad I was [then]. He entered our room and few seconds after; he got down on one knee, [presented a ring,] and proposed. I was so shocked. I cried happy tears," shares Jane.

Jane and Dexter tied the knot with a dreamy Mediterranean theme marked with vibrant hues and elegant details. The Shrine of St. Therese of the Child Jesus was a sight to behold, as the couple's entourage wore cheery candy colors to the wedding. Not to be outdone, the couple looked their best in their sophisticated ensembles that perfectly matched their chosen theme.
Come the reception, the guests were treated to a tastefully styled ballroom, which channeled a dreamy and sophisticated Mediterranean flair. To complement the ambiance, a quintet from Manila Philharmonic Orchestra filled the air with heart-warming music, and was then followed by the duo Krissy and Ericka to serenade the younger crowd. Jane and Dexter also satisfied their guests' savory cravings with a sumptuous sit-down dinner.
With all their wedding's vibrant details coming together, the couple was able to treat their guests with a sensory feast. More importantly, the couple was able to share their love with guests through their special day.
