Here's one juicy tidbit about couple Raquel and Jon--they're both chefs! Since they share a love for food, deciding where to hold their prenuptial shoot was a no-brainer. A kitchen was the perfect venue, of course!
And so Raquel and Jon scouted for a kitchen they could borrow for their shoot. Good thing Raquel's aunt had the perfect kitchen showcase for them--a customized black and gray kitchen module made by top sportscar-maker Porsche. The kitchen was equipped with the best appliances, and the entire set was valued at around 14 million pesos! The couple also shot in other kitchen modules by another popular brand, Viking. Since Raquel and Jon were lucky enough to shoot in such posh settings, they had to be very careful about handling and posing with all the equipment.
To suit the luxurious backdrop, the couple upped the glamour during their shoot. Jon wore a suit, while Raquel donned a gown (by Francis Libiran, no less!) that was especially made for their prenup session. Moreover, makeup artist Xeng Zulueta and stylist Jesy Alto really dolled up Raquel that day. Rounding up their team of top-notch suppliers was wedding photographer Erron Ocampo.
While working with the best suppliers helped them set up a great session, it also helped a lot that the couple was comfortable with their suppliers. Raquel says that establishing a connection with your photographer will make posing for photos easier. She also suggests working closely with your stylist to make sure everything's picture-perfect for the shoot.
