Pantone, ICI Dulux, and Benjamin Moore have declared Honeysuckle, Citrus Yellow, and Vintage Wine, respectively, as 2011's colors--and if you are incorporating at least one of these into your wedding palette, you can mix in other hues to keep the look very now yet still timeless.
Honeysuckle, a warm pink, looks great when paired with mellow colors like camel and gray. Citrus Yellow, a bright summery hue, can also be paired with honeysuckle for a cheery combination, or with gray or black for striking contrast. Vintage Wine, a dark violet with brown undertones, can be made wedding-appropriate when used with a festive color such as yellow green.
