Be religious with your skin care regimen. It’s time to slather on youth-boosting serums and moisturizers. Also, you can get professional help from dermatologists and schedule monthly facials to clear your complexion.

Pay attention to your diet. If you aim to look svelte in your dress, then you have to load up the good stuff. Stay away from processed food and sugary snacks to keep your weight and waistline in check. Consult a nutritionist if you want to lose weight the right way.

Coincidentally, begin a fitness regimen. Get a fitness coach, enrol in group workout classes, or download a fitness app if you prefer to go solo.

One month before

Pencil in you final pore-clearing and radiance-enhancing facial before the big day.

The day itself

Eat something. You might get dizzy and faint mid-ceremony.

Slip on a robe or a button-down while getting your hair and makeup done.
