"We have to make sure our staff is properly equipped, so we ask if the wedding will be outdoors, if it will be cold, if our photographers will need to bring gloves and jackets," Charisse says. If your suppliers are made aware of the shooting conditions and schedules early on, they can work more efficiently on the big day.

1. Make sure to check the reputation of the company. Look for testimonials to ensure that the company is a real one, and that they'll deliver the best possible service on your wedding. However, if permits for the site locations have to be secured, it is up to the couple to get the papers in order.

1. Some couples set their wedding date according to the availability of their desired suppliers. If the couple is set on having a particular photographer cover their wedding, they can coordinate with their photographer and set the date to suit the photographer's international schedule, if s/he has one. To make arrangements less tedious for both themselves and their clients, Nice Print posts their trip schedules on their blog and Facebook fan page.
