Only hours left before the wedding of the century, and Britain and the rest of the world can hardly wait to witness the royal union. While we all anticipate the unveiling of Kate Middleton and Prince William's wedding details, we asked more local wedding suppliers about their ideas for the royal affair. BridalBook: If you were to style the royal wedding, what color palette would you to use?
Jo Claravall
Jo Claravall goes out-of-the-box for the color palette she has in mind for the royal wedding. "I would go bold and modern by doing red and blue together. It's out of the box, but if executed tastefully it could be a wonderful surprise and be totally preppy," says Jo. She also thinks that the royal couple has a "younger, traveled flair and sophistication" that would make them pull off the blue and red color motif well. "I [also] think the colors represent the Brit flag perfectly as well," she adds.
BridalBook: If you were to design Kate Middleton's wedding gown, what would it look like?
Mimi Ferrera Lazaro of Sasha International Clothing Company Inc.
"Everytime I make a wedding dress, I try to make it a portrait of the bride," begins Mimi. With this, she shares that Kate Middleton would look good in a trumpet-cut gown with a jeweled bodice and long detachable train to match the long aisle of Westminster Abbey. Mimi thinks that the gown would complement Kate's active lifestyle, and would also highlight the bride's slim and tall frame.

BridalBook: If you were Kate Middleton's makeup artist for her wedding, what kind of look would you do on her?
Mela Jimenez
Mela Jimenez would give Kate a classic but modern look. While Mela plans to keep Kate's look elegant, she would also like to bring out Kate's hip style, which is seen in how she dresses. In order to achieve this, Mela would use neutrals to bring out Kate's natural beauty. And if Kate would be willing to try a bolder look, Mela would give her a vintage-inspired look by using a red tint for the lips--the rest of the face would be kept simple and clean. The timelessness of the look should suit Kate really well.

Gio Flores
As with all his brides, Gio wants nothing more but to give Kate a beautiful and radiant look. He says, "Since Kate Middleton has a beautiful bone structure, a little enhancement is all she needs. I will give her a vibrant and radiantly beautiful look [that will] perfect her complexion." To achieve his vision, Gio would give Kate's face "a glowing and luminous finish paired with natural eye makeup just enough to open her deep set eyes, a healthy pop of blush color and pinkish juicy lips to brighten up her beautiful smile. A look fit for a queen indeed!"
