yan yung unang unang tutorial na sinundan ko, kailangan read and follow mo talaga every step, detailed naman sya, try it, hopefully it'll help.

kailangan rin pala, you're familiar with the photoshop environment before magstart sa vector, i suppose familiar ka na diba? hirap mag start pag di ka pa pamilyar.

it's a long process, minsan 3-5 hours kailangan for one picture lang to be finished, you need to be patient. pero siguro once you get the hang of it, okay na, matagal nga lang, hihi.

ako mas nasanay ako sa lasso tool... pero ok rin drawing lines using paths, pero mas nadadalian ako sa lasso tool...

^^oo nga sis pwede rin gamitin ang lasso tool for doing vectors, although pag pen tool ang ginamit you could adjust the paths para tamang tama yung outline. pero lasso tool, okay din.

uy sa iba, when using lasso tool, basta pag selected na yung certain area, right click nyo yung area na yun and choose the 'fill..' option. ayun, pili nalang kayo ng color to fill that area.

^^no prob sis. btw, another tip, sa mga highlights, like yung mga wrinkles sa clothes, even hair hi-lites, the lasso tool is the tool to use! hihi, after outlining the area, fill.., tapos gaussian blur (para hindi pointed gaano yung edges) and adjust the opacity (lessen), tapos, ayun na!
you'd want to add another layer for the highlights btw.

saka pakituruan naman ako kung paano makakagawa ng invitation card, like paano mapagsasama yung pic ng anak ko sa pic ng cartoon characters...

^ i don't know how to put the explanation in a more technical sense, pero well, simply put, yung layers is parang different components (sheets kumbaga) that you put on top of each other (not necessarily saktong magkapatong) to get the entire image....it was created to make it easier to "remove" or modify layers na you may want changed/removed later on to edit your image. parang ganun

hehe im sure someone could explain this better

i find layers especially useful when i export my photoshop files into premiere when i edit. hay, the gift of complete suites from software companies!

been tinkering with photoshop for quite awhile yet i feel that i still have a long way to go. want to be good at it but i dont have much time since i'm studying. here are some of my works in my album. hope to hear your comments and suggestions. good or bad. need some constructive criticism
