^ah ganun ba sis! Ok try natin maghanap ng low-cal foods na non-veg.. Yung quick-cooking oats actually swak sayo yun. araw-arawin mo. lagyan mo banana at apple.. Baka indi ka na makapagrice nun after 1month.
Magandang plan yung 1200 cal per day mo. 👍👍👍

Sinabi ko na sa previous post ko na di ko kaya walang rice pero ngayong week kakayanin ko. Mas mabilis talaga pumayat pag walang white rice. Disiplina lang dapat ang pairalin.

^^keri lang yan mga sisses. Inom lang ng maraming tubig pag inatake ng hunger pangs.. 😀

Medyo heavy ang 1st meal ko ngayon kasi 10am ulit ang plan kong 2nd/last meal (2MAD). Goodluck sakin!!
Ito pa lang halos 900 cal na pala hehe. So dapat mamaya light soup with repolyo at bawang na lang ang kainin ko. Last week pa kasi ako nagkecrave sa boiled saba hehe! 😁

-2 small eggs with 1small onion
-1 small tortang talong
-1 raw medium tomato
-3 medium boiled saba
-1 cup infusion tea+green tea
-2 tbsp garlic

Nahihirapan ako mag water ng madami. Kaso I know kulang ako sa water ngayon. Haist. Still havent weighed myself buti ok pa ako sa IF

^you may want to try flavored water sis para maiba naman. Nakakasawa din kasi yung water lang. minsan, infuse ako tea para magkalasa lang din yung water. 😂

@sis itt. Magweigh in ka na sis. Wag ka magprocrastinate. Matulad ka sakin nuon ganyan din attitude ko. Ayun naggain ako.

Light meals ako today kasi saktong 50.0 kg ako.. Mag water therapy ako para maflush out kung meron dapat iflush hehe.

1st meal and 2nd meal:
-2 eggs
-raw tomatoes
-cabbage soup
-4 tbsp garlic

Nag-outing kami at hindi ako nakapag-baon ng lettuce...so ayun napa rice tuloy ako! :) pero ok naman kasi may control naman na ako. I ate more meat na lang.  ;D

One reason din kasi why I decided to eat less rice and more vegetable was lately nagka-indigestion na naman ako. I wasn't able to sleep for 4 hours because of stomach ache. Madaling araw yun tapos wala ako medicine.  :'( I think it comes with age, going late 30's na kasi ako. Humihina na ang panunaw.  ;D

@sis young_maiden:  If di mo kaya no rice sis, half rice each meal ka muna. tapos dagdagan mo veggies kapalit nung rice na nawala. before and after eating your meal inom ka glass of water. If feeling mo gutom ka pa, eat ka naman fruits.  :) Rice person din ako dati. As in heavy breakfast talaga ako. Kahit 5am ako magising rice pa din kakainin ko. Kahit nag-pandesal ako mag rice pa din ulit ako.  ;D Kaya mo din mag no rice sis! Gradual lang wag mo biglain kasi pag binigla mo tanggalin rice mag-quit ka agad niyan. Try mo din lettuce kapalit ng rice.

^oks lang yun sis. Mahirap talaga magpigil ng kain pag outing. KJ ka naman kung di ka kakain hehe. Minsanan lang yun eh. Buti kung if it happens everyday.. 😉
(Ganyan lagi ang motto ko pag nagbabakasyon. Kaya ayun naggain ako haha! 😀)

Ang countermeasure dyan sis, after talaga ng outing, diet na ulit or workout.
Anghirap pa naman ng transition from nornal eating.. Madalas umaabot ako ng 1month na di pa nakakabounce back to my weightloss regimen..
Mahilig ka din pala sa pandesal sis! Pareho tayo! Meron din isa pa dito na alam kong mahilig di  sa pandesal eh. Forgot her username hehe.. 😁
actually 1month na akong walang pandesal. Yung suki ko pag napapadaan ako tinitignan nya ako minsan pero di ko na lang pinapansin kasi baka mapabili ako eh.. 😂

O nga pala in case na inaatake kayo ng hunger pangs or hypoglycemia during IF at di makaya ng water, then parang may point na gusto nyo na lumafang ng hi-calorie meals, try nyo kumain ng candy, much better kung sugar-free lozenges like yun Wood's or other brands.. 10calories lang yun per candy drop.. May ganun ako pang-1st aid.  Good thing is that it wont break your fasting.. Sayang naman kung kalaliman ng gabi inatake ka tapos kakain ka nang marami, imbes na fat loss e fat gain pa napala mo.hehe! 😅

Currently doing a 23-hour fast...good luck na lang sakin. Nastuck kasi ako sa 50kg . i need to break the plateau.. Hay sana naman o! 😬... so far kaya ko pa. I only ate 12pcs siomai, raw tomatoes and 3 boiled sabas in one sitting @7am... pag magsurvive ako bukas uulitin ko...

^woahhhhhhh 23 hrs, itodo mo na sa 24 hahahahaha sarap sabihin nun 1 day fast! Husband ko 20-21 hrs sya 5 days a week, balewala lang sa lalake fasting bilis nya pumayat. 2mad din. 

Ako naman ang tamad sa IF 14-17 hrs lang ako lately, light kasi ako kumain this week. Since super binge ako last weekend. Lost 2kgs in 4 days, since Saturday. Pero yung light meals ko heavy pa din kumpara sayo haha. Though may siomai ka hehe, bigat din non pala. Bale lunch ko, I almost eat anything, may konting rice pa nga, probably 2 spoons, salad, fish, meat, fruits. Tapos dinner 2 boiled eggs, fruits (banana,apple or orange) or nuts.   

Routine ko is 7pm last meal, then 12 pm na kasunod na proper meal, nag break lang ako ng fast ng 9 am 1 cup of coffee na may cream and sugar (3 in 1), or green tea. 2mad pa din ako.

Light exercises also, nothing crazy.  :)

^wow 2kg in 4days? Ano na ang weight mo ngayon? Kainggit talaga nung mabibilis pa ang metabolism kasi masipag mag-exercise.. Hay sana makakain ako ng food na nakakasipag mag-workout haha!! 😁
Di ko pa kaya ang 24hrs. Kakayanin siguro pero kamatis lang siguro ang kakainin ko every 6hrs. Kasi 16calories lang ang small tomato kaya it wont break the fast..

Haha eh 23 hrs ka na nga Sis kamo, 1 hr na lang 24 hrs na, i nap mo haha pero joke lang yun, mahirap yan, parang di ko yan kakayanin 1 day. Pwera kung tulog ako ng bongga maghapon na di ko din kaya. Yung ganyan mo diet at IF pag sinabayan mo pa exercise, biglang payat ka na, baka mag 45 kgs ka pa haha!  ;)

Nag 50 kgs ako nung weekend, carbo loading ako nung Thursday eh rice chicken, tapos tumikim pako sa burger and pasta ng Husband ko, nissin ramen, pancit canton w/ rice haha + tequila, soda and chips, IMAGINE 1 araw lang yun, haha binge talaga. Haha 48 kgs ako uli this morning. Ganito ako talaga, pag sineryoso ko kaya ko mag lose ng 5 kgs in a month. Problema nakaka bore naman mag diet nalang palagi susmiyo anong klaseng buhay yon.  ;D

Pero naeenjoy ko pag-change ng lifestyle paunti-unti yun bang halos wala na effort, natural nalang hinde lang diet basta na may start and finish, choosing and eating nutritious foods and incorporating exercise daily, maski 10-15 mins lang.

IF ako pero kasi Im addicted to wagyu cubes. so yeah lagot. dito lang ako nakaka 3/4 to 1 cup rice :(

^^Hehe! Madali lang talaga sabihin pero hirap gawin.. Lalo na pag may 2 kids na need asikasuhin pag madaling-araw..maaga din nagigising ang gutom ko hehe! 😋Pero check ko nga kung makaya ko until 8am ang breakfast ko para saktong 24-hour fast.. there's no harm in trying.. as long as i dont have a medical condition! Di ko makaya yun nababasa ko sa IF group sa FB na inaabot ng 12days ang fasting. Parang kalokohan pero totoo daw kasi tinanong ko.. baka superhuman na yun ah.. 😂

Anyways, masaya naman ako kasi im back to 49.8kg as of this morning.. At least i broke the plateau! 🤗🤗🤗
Kaya im planning to do again the 23:1 fast today to maintain or lose more..then on friday baka back to 19:5 fast na ulit ako.. Pero grabe din. Ang intense hehe! Buti na lang at mabigat sa tyan ang siomai!! Yun nga lang constipated ako.. Ayoko pa mag-prune juice.. Baka sa sunday na lang. 😬

Meron pa nga daw 30 days water fast haha, patayan!  ;D

Hushush, grabe na nga IF mo, imagine lagpas 20 hrs ka na ata daily tapos halos wala ka na din kinakain na masama, puro egg, saba, tomatoes, cucumber, bawang at siomai lang naririnig ko sayo hahahaha. Bongga!

^super OA naman yun sis kung 30days. Kung yung obese nga indi maggaganun eh. Hehe. Anorexic na daw yung ganun sabi nila hehe!

O nga sis siomai nga lang yung sa tingin ko bad carb kasi processed yun eh hehe! ganun na talaga kabagal ang metabolism ko. At age of 36! Pano na kung mag-40 ako? 😬 mapepwersa na akong mag-workout nun hehe!for now pede pa hayahay..😀
