Hi sis abuelita, I suggest as early as you can, book the suppliers that you want. First, to secure the date and Team A (if ever they do two events in a day). Second to lock the price as most suppliers increase their rates.

In my experience, I booked my Videographer 2 years before our wedding so we locked their 2014 rates and we booked the photograher a year and a half before so we locked their early 2015 rates.

Prior to paying the downpayment, make sure to do your research and sila na talaga ang gusto mo - if you change your mind about them, goodbye downpayment na unless they agree to convert the service.

Hi sissies, October 2019 bride here. Still planning palang sa church and reception. We are eyeing Church of the Risen Lord and The Glass Garden sa reception. When I checked the map, the reception is 20mins drive from the church. Pwede na ba yun? O sobrang layo na? Gusto ko kasi talaga sa Glass Garden. TIA!

^ Church of the Risen Lord in UP? Parang medyo malayo siya sa Glass Garden sis. Hehe though kung alanganin naman oras nang ceremony and reception niyo, I guess okay lang? Pack snack kits na lang din for your guests para 'di sila magutom sa biyahe if ever.

Yes sis yung sa UP, actually paiba iba nga yung eta nya. Last time nagcheck ako parang 13mins lang, then kahapon 20mins, tapos ngayon 30mins na. I guess depende talaga sa day at time. Mas malapit sana yung Gazebo Royale, kaya lang walang aircon.

Hello everyone! New here! Although not really. Lurker lang ako before. 😉 I got engaged mid 2016, civilly wed September of the same year. This year, hubby and I decided to go for the church wedding we have always wanted! Feb 2019 ang plan, but nothing definite yet. I did my research na in 2016, after we got engaged. although now back to zero ako. I might need everyone?s help for this. Sobrang kalat kalat ideas ko and being an overseas couple, mas mahirap.

I really want to book K by C! Sya ata yung non negotiable ko sa wedding na to, i have her 2018 rates, but if anyone has the 2019 rate, baka po pwede ishare? 😊

And suggestions po for venues na may similar feel as Mango Farm? Having second thoughts to book kasi feeling ko out of budget na sila.

Hi sis! Mango Farm-esque din yung peg ko. The closest i could find na within Metro Manila is Sampaguita Gardens. But sadly the place isn't wheelchair friendly if coming from the ceremony venue to the reception hall,  so we ended up pa din with Mango Farm

Question lang, my best friend's sister is getting married again in 2019. She was married before sa church, then they had it annulled. can she still get married sa church? ang pagkaka alam ko kasi once lang pwede ikasal sa church. But i could be wrong so i am trying to verify this info. Thanks sa sasagot.

Kagaya mo, I ended up with Mango Farm na din! Wala eh, eversince yun kasi din yung gusto ko, nagtry ako maghanap ng options but parang destiny ko yun. Haha.

And I?m making progress sa planning ko. Hopefully everything will turn out okay. Overseas bride ako so nappressure ako mag isip how I?d get things done. Would you believe naubusan ako ng church! We initially booked SJP II tapos we got news na we got bumped off kasi may na overlook sila na booking on the same day. That was a few weeks after we booked them. Tapos wala na, lahat na ng alternatives booked na like Christ the King.

We ended up getting Our Lady of Light in Cainta. Sana maging okay. If any of you have feeback sa church please let me know. Thank you!

^ What I know is magkaiba yung annulment sa Church and sa court. I'm referring to the Catholic Church pala. As far as I know kailangan irequest pa sa Vatican yung annulment.

So if sa court lang ang annulment then di sila pwede ikasal sa Church. Better to double check na rin

Oo nga e her first wedding was grand with more than 1000 guests, now eto na naman ikakasal and bongga ulit. Only child lang yung guy so all out ang parents. May date na sila for the engagement party so i am assuming na set na yung church wedding nila.

I don't know kung paano sila nakalusot. Pag inisip ko rin kasi parang wala ako maisip na celebrity or anyone na high profile who got married sa church twice. Usually beach or garden wedding na yung second time diba kasi nga parang hindi na pwede ikasal sa church unless ata deceased na yung ex partner.

Uy fellow MF-bride  I've attended a couple of weddings there and the place just grew on me. Parang nai-imagine mo na ikaw yung ikakasal doon, which I never did in the venues of the other weddings i attended

We got refunded naman since the glitch was from their side. Medyo nanghinayang lang ako sa time that we spent ?relaxing? kasi we thought ok na lahat ng major suppliers namin. When we found out what happened, booked na lahat ng other options ko unless we do a morning wedding - which I do not like. Dun ako nagka mini heart attack 😅. Hope everything works out for the best nalang. Walang aircon yung nakuha namin na church which is a bummer for me bilang pamilyang pawisin kami haha, but I am hoping everything will turn out well since February naman yung wedding, sana medyo ?cool? ang weather. WAG LANG UULAN.
