Hi mga sis! I'm new to oral gluta. Question lang, pwede ko ba inumin ang oral gluta sa gabi? Like 2 caps per night, instead of morning and evening?

May mga iniinom kasi ako other supplements/vitamins sa umaga.

Taking KB for 4 days na today. 2x a day pag take ko.first, 30 minutes before breakfast and second, before i sleep at night. Nag glow kaagad skin ko. I also drink lots of water.

Ive been taking snowcaps for 2 mos na at first 1x a day lang but when i didnt see any result, i upped the dosage to 2x a day na. Morning and evening. But im not seeing any result. What's more, i developed this cystic acne pa on my face. I still have one box left but im not going to continue with it anymore. Will just buy met na lang ulit. Met has been very effective to me kaya lang ang mahal e.

I stand corrected. May whitening effect din pala si snow caps. I just had to take it 2x a day pala  kala ko kasi since it's 500mg, may effect na din kahit 1x a day. I bought 3 boxes kasi and im almost done with the 3rd box . Im still contemplating whether to buy snow caps ulit since im really getting whiter na and it's a lot cheaper than met, kaso lang parang nakakacause sya ng pimples for me. As in not a day naging clear ang face ko. But im loving the whitening effect on my skin.

Are the oral glutathione really effective?  I have been reading and since it goes through the process of digestion, the body does not absorb enough daw to show results.

losing motivation na to maintain glutathione.. huhu I'm still not "white" haha

This Chinese lady was like, "Oh I'm not sure if we still have your shade, coz you're not white but you're not dark" and I asked, "Maybe get the tan shade?" and she said,"No you're not tan. Like you're fair but not white"

First post ko ito I haven't tried glutathione yet pero I am on the verge of buying already. Is it okay to combo Ishi + GSE + Vitamic C twice a day and ALA + NAC once a day? Or is it too much?

im gonna try nuwhite gluta and combo it with youtheory collagen, sana okay ang kalabasan. im not after the pampaputi kasi pero gusto ko sana maglighten din yung marks ko and yung skintone ko. di ko alam if ma-acheive ko sya with collagen lang. hay ang hirap magmaintain ng kagandahan... i mean, ang mahal pala! hehe.

may effect naman sakin yung snow caps. kaso paputol putol gamit ko. i want to use luxxe na din. may promo yung iv gluta dito sa may samin, i'll try 2 shots lang then gamitin ko na luxxe after.

I've been taking luxxewhite for 2 years pero never ako pumuti like sa mga post ng seller sa fb. Pumuti ako pero kulang pa din lalo na pag indoors kaya right now i added daiso beauty white para mas pumuti talaga ako.nagmember na ako ng frontrow para cheaper pagbili ko ng gluta pero if u are not a member,hindi worthy p2k plus sa magiging effect lang niya sayo. For me luxxe white talaga nagpaputi sa akin and nagpakinis, nawala pimples ko. Nung papunta na ako sa third bottle, dun naging visible whitening, yung first two bottles, puro glow lang. Tapos ayun, tuloy tuloy na. I'm taking it with vitamin c, twice a day. Tapos may kakilala din ako, maitim siya dati, biglang pumuti at gumanda, nung tinanong ko, naglugluta daw siya, luxxe white daw. Hiyangan din kasi.

naintriga din ako sa luxxe na yan, pero namamahalan ako. and parang lahat ng ng nabasa kong reviews, either sponsored or may kakilala silang nagbebenta or sila mismo yung nagbebenta. not saying its not reliable pero it made me think twice. kaya di ko na muna sya binili. eye-in on nuwhite after my gloww capsules siguro...

Me too luxxe white ako hiyang. On my previous post, i received lots of compliments, like puting koreana pag nasa mall and talagang maraming nagtatanong. Twice a day ko siya take with b-well c. Acidic kasi ako.

I tried nuwhite kaso naka 1 bottle [textspeak!] ako kaya di ko alam if effective kung tinuloy ko siguro kasi may placenta siya and collagen which i really like for antiaging and whitening too.

Gusto ko na ulit magluta, kaso breastfeeding pako, 😅
