Me too curious ako sa ISHIN, ang mura nya tapos yung mga kakilala ko gumagamit, ang puputi, fda approved naman nung sinearch ko, kaso ang mura niya talaga, japan formula daw, may naka try na kay dito?

I'm on my 2nd week using ishin. Pero more on collagen siya..

250mg collagen peptide
100mg pearl powder
100mg l-gluta
50mg nac

So, I'm planning to add luxcent or ishi pa since I'm aiming to get whiter skin. Nangitim na kasi ko.

Back to taking gluta caps. Napahinga ng 1yr? Naghanap kasi ako ng Vit C at nakita ko si Ishin-C Plus..may beta glucan sya. Then nakita ko si Ishin na gluta kaya binili ko na rin. On my 2nd day pa lang. 100mg lang l-glutathione niya guys.

ISHIN is just a whitening supplement and not Gluta supplement kaya ganun sya kamura.
Anyway I'm using it together with my Luxcent gluta. So far ok naman. Gusto ko effect nya.

I also tried Aqua Skin for 3 mos pero mas gusto ko pa din ang skin ko with Luxcent. Mas glowing.

Now Taking Bella Lumineux Gluta Maxima Plus which I got it from my friend in US and I am loving it.  pores are smaller and skin is fairer than before. Di ako mukhang anemic sabi ng ate ko whom I did't see for 3months.

I would i appreciate so much if someone po sana can suggest an effective oral gluta for me. I tried a number of oral gluta pero walang effective. I been on contraceptive pills din matagal na. I'm thinking baka kaya hindi siya effective. Baka naman po someone can suggest an effective oral gluta while on contraceptive pills. Thank you.
