I've been taking Met for four months now. Wa epek! Ano ba ang pinaka-effective na you're taking now that is available in major drugstores? Ayoko kasi nung sa online lang, paranoid ako sa authenticity hehe.

I have tried MET before. Mga 2 months mapapansin na ng ibang tao yung glow and whitening ng skin mo. BUT I can only see its effects if I take it4caps a day, so that's 2 bottles per month. Ang mahal 'no?

Before, suki ako ng oral gluta na you can buy online like Ph338(kyorin) and Tathion 307 which are the most effective that I have tried. Siguro napagod lang akong bumili online and pumila sa bank para mag-deposit ng payment kaya lumipat ako sa Met.

Now, I'm trying Belo gluta but I can't comment on its effectiveness yet kasi 30 caps pa lang nako-consume ko. But if tou'll ask me kung anong oral gluta na otc, Met and Belo lang bibilhin ko. Kasi sa brands lang nila ako may tiwala. Just like if I only have the option to buy online, I will only buy oral gluta made in Japan.


I think Met's manufacturer is in Japan though sa Belo hindi. Pero I trust their brand naman.
I have tried snowcaps pero walang effect.

Try reading the thread on Ishigaki glutathione. There are already physical stores that sell them. I haven't tried it but a lot of our sisses have feedbacks on them.

^ Mix reviews nga sa ishigaki. Though I've never tried it pero ok naman sa Mom ko kasabay ng IV gluta niya.
For those na available sa Mercury Drug or Watsons, I think Belo, Met, Cosmo, Snowcaps, Gloww, Vitapack, KB (NAC/gluta activator only) saka yung kay Angel Locsin hehe I forgot the brand. Meron din silang Watsons brand. Marami pa sigurong gluta brands na available dun na di ko nasama.

Okay naman ako sa SnowCaps, pero mas mabilis sana talaga Tahion307 kaso ang hirap nang magpabili sa Japan.

Gluta essentials ginagamit ko now. Naglighten naman ang morena skin ko ng konti pero malayo pa rin sa pagiging tisay.

Gluta helps lighten scars right (evens outs) pero once you stop ba, permanent yung skin color mo na? I wanna take it to for my scars lang then kapag ok na stop na.

trying out met now. I used snowcaps + poten cee before and kita ko talaga effect sa akin. I have no vices din kasi kaya siguro? our friend used met and wala pang 1 month sobrang glowing na siya kaya nagswitch ako hehe. so far wala pakong napapansin an effect sa met ko. I take it 2x a day lang.

Isa ako diyan sis. 4th bottle ko na noon pero pinipimple pa din ako. Akala ko normal lang kasi nag aadjust pa yung body ko, pero hindi na pala. Pero kudos sa whitening effect ng Premium. Sa Premium lang ako pinimple galore, pero sa Advanced hindi. Pero di ko kasi gusto whitening effect ng Advanced.

MET proven talaga na maganda kaso ang pricey nya sobra. Hindi ko siya kaya i-maintain kung mag IVG din ako.

Pinimples din ako sa Snowcaps pero that was last year pa, maybe, I'll try it again sana okay na this time.

I am currently taking Met Glutathione, so far okay naman siya. Di ako nahahaggard. Pero i'm worried kasi recently ang takaw ko, or matakaw lang talaga ako. Hahaha! I dont know! Pero so far so good. Itutuloy ko muna to for 3 months before magbigay ng review about this one.

tried taking gluta before pero walang effect so decided to stop na lang then i started to take vitamins for the liver and vitamin c from usana and i think tumaas ang production ng gluta sa katawan ko so i suggest instead of taking gluta pills, take vitamins for the liver na lang, healthy liver can produce gluta and guaranteed na it will get absorb in the body so win-win na din hehe

^OT but what do you take and anong effects nito sa skin mo? Does it give the glow and softness katulad ng oral gluta?

I remember taking NAC only saka zinc picolinate ba yun and ALA. 

Pero mas maganda pa rin effect sa'kin pag sinasabay ko sa oral gluta. Or sa isip ko lang ba yun hehe

I finally got myself belo (10 capsules lang) i will take it once a day lang kahit sabi 2x kasi im not after whitening. Gusto ko sana mag even skinstone ko (pimple marks) sana magwork at di ako magpimples or magbloat hehe

Back to snowcaps again, sad to say wala na yung old formulation ng ph338 which I love.
