Oral Glutathione Thread 24

gave up taking oral glutathione about a year ago 'cause Tat, after taking for a month, gave me awful breakouts Then switched to Ishi which also gave the worst breakout 

Now, getting my hopes up again... Is anyone here took Tat & Ishi and had breakouts? What's your current gluta?

I'm considering Met but is there anyone here who had breakouts when taking Met?

Your answers would really help me TIA!

^I didnt break out from Met and it gives white skin na pang-mayaman. Try mo muna sis mga 3 months religously take it and be patient lang. Consistency is the key.

^Met and Vit. C? What Vit. C do you take? How much is Met now? I could say in a way na yes, tama ang testimony mo because I've used it before, as in years ago I can't remember anymore, but yes maganda ang effect nya.

^I use fern c. Tapos sinasabayan ko din ng grapeseed, either ATC or Cosmo na brand depende sa budget.

Hi mga sis nakakaoverwhelm ang daming klase ang dami ko ng nababasa dito pero di ako makapili what to use. First time ko magtatry. Sana yung wala side effects na constipation or pagpoop lol

Hello po! Newbie in gluta here. Kung nakakapantay ng skin ang gluta, mapapantay din kaya nita ang dark ua and singit?😊😊

^ In my personal experience, No. Ang nakapantay ng ua color ko is Sunflower oil. Yung singit ko darker pa rin. Though the rest of the body is whiter na. Parang may nabasa ako sa IV gluta thread na sa kanila possible ang ganito. But sa oral gluta parang hindi. At least for me.

Been using Ishi for a year na. I think namaintain naman yung kulay ko, or should I say I now have paler skin.  Maputla yung whitening effect nya for me.

I think Ishi ang reason kaya di ako mawalan walan ng pimple, but it does its work. It's time for me na yata to look for and use another brand. Anyone here who's still using Snowcaps?

Yung PH338 ng MEJIE, natry niyo na? Yun kasi ang inorder ko kay Cheska since OOS ang Tathion307 at Landelution niya. I checked some reviews regarding PH338, sumasakit daw ang ulo nila everytime na nagtetake sila nun. Natakot lang ako baka sumakit din ulo ko. sabi naman ng iba mas effective daw siya kumpara sa PH ng Kyorin.

By the way, kakasimula ko lang ng IV Gluta (saluta) at Ishi (1 month palang), wala na din ang ISHI kay Cheska eh.

Any inputs will be appreciated!. Maraming Salamat.

^my only concern with the new ph338 (MEJIE) is that we don't know the legit manufacturer. Regardless of the headaches some of us experience while taking it--because I don't think you can really pinpoint the cause of your headache without explaining your daily activities / routine that particular time. I stopped taking the Mejie brand kasi di ko alam kung saan sila galing unlike the ph338 of Kyorin Pharmaceutical. When you google Mejie, walang website or kahit anong info about them.

^Thank you sis yellowminion. Hindi kaya nakasulat sa Kanji nila kaya wala tayo masearch sa Google about Mejie? I just received the Item from Cheska today eh. Siguro itatry ko lang muna yun for 1 month (90 tabs) and watch out nalang for side effects/adverse reactions. Sis, question, ano tinetake mo ngayon? thank you.

@yellowminion, sis. first day ko today with PH338. Naka isang tablet palang ako, 100 mg with 1000 Vit C (yun lang kasi available ko). So far okay naman. Check ko within the day kung meron man akong maramdaman. I have 1 month to try this brand. Sana naman available na ang ISHI o kaya Tathion307.

Currently Im taking ph338 from mejie, and surprisingly mas hiyang ako sa kaniya compare to the previous ph338 from kyorin. And i dont get bloated/fat. I get compliments from friends na mas pumuti ako ngayon so maintain ko na yan. I even replaced my tathion to ph338 kase mas kita ko ang glow niya

Hi pala mga sissy, ang tagal ko na nagbabasa ng mga post dito, like mga old thread pa..first try ko ng oral gluta is relumins L-gluta 1000, tried it for a month pero wala ako na notice na changes, siguro kasi 1mo lang at first time ko to take oral gluta..pahinga ako mga 3 mos, thena fter nun ishi premium naman ginamit ko kasi nga madami good reviews, sa 1st bottle wala pa masyado, pero nung 2nd bottle saka ko napansin glow at white effect nya..may pagka yellowish un skin color ko kahit sa picture, pero after ishi pumuti na may glow..kaya lang nasayang after mag outing, try ko na sana amag purchase uli ishi premium kaya lang nagmahal na nga..nag order ako NUWhite, sana effective sake, any feedback po?

Nag try din pala ako pa gluta drip, kahapon 1st sesh ko..

second day ko ngayon sa snow caps. may slight headache pero tolerable naman. not like with KB dati, 2 days ko lang nagamit sa sobrang dizziness. generic vit c lang gamit ko with snow caps, sana may effect.
