Oral Glutathione Thread 24

First time user of gluta. I'm using Watson's brand (gluta + ALA + milk thistle).

One week pala so di ko pa napapansin kung may effect. Anyone else here who've tried this brand? Okay ba?

I am on my third bottle of Met. So far namamaintain ko naman yung skin tone ko. Di ko pa masyado pinapansin pero maputi legs ko. Tumigil ako mag IVG for 2 months now? Pahinga muna. Will go back to IVG soon pero I'll stick with Met muna.  Ayoko muna paswitch switch.

Wow I missed posting here. After more than a year I am back. L-cysteine na ba ang new trend these days? I am starting oral gluta again and I'm thinking of buying tathion307. Hindi naman nagbago ang tathion unlike ph338 no? I stopped snowcaps a year ago since nawala na yung glow na nakukuha ko and subsequently had too many trips na nasunog ang balat ko and i have doubts na mapapalighten ng snowcaps ang balat ko since glow lang naachieve ko before when i was using it. Which one is better kaya? Tathion plus vitc or l-cysteine supplement?

I recently tried Relumins, naku, nagka pimples ako. Hindi kami compatible. OK  ba ang PH338 and Kokanda?

May nakagamit na po ba dito ng Opulence Nutrawhite? Nagbasa basa ako feedbacks lalo na sa mga bloggers puro positive naman. Pero kasi iba iba na rin nagamit nila and for sure ndi lang dahil dun sila pumuti. Anyone here na nakagamit na? Want to try din sana pero after na lang ng IVG sesh ko.

^^I've tried KB years ago but hindi siya gluta, booster lang. NAC to be precise. Kaya sinasabay lang siya na i-take kasama ng oral gluta supplements. For me, magandang combo siya sa old formulation ng ph338 (kyorin). Bale combo ko noon ph338+ KB + fern c+ grape seed. Smooth and pinkish ang skin.

Feeling ko ang pangit ko na. Ilang months din kasi ako nag stop mag take ng oral gluta since nagse-save ako nakakapangit pala mag-ipon.

I want to try Landelution. I read a review that it does not make you gain weight like PH338 & Tathion307. Anyone who tried Landelution?

hi I'm currently using nuwhite 2x a day . my therapist at ysa skin care clinic is trying to sell me luxxe white ? is it really effective for whitening? and does it make one gain weight?

^ Sakin effective ang Luxxe White. Regular ang bowel movement and after 2 bottles pa lang, napansin na ng mga officemates ko na pumuputi daw ako tsaka may glow

I bought ishigaki advance kasi gusto ko pale white effect and mura lang sya haha wala pa budget sa mahal na oral.

currently on ivg - glutax 5gs micro
now pag dumating na order ko ishigaki i will take it twice a day on my non-ivdays

May nakapag try na ba ng  Glutasure? It has a lot of positive reviews online. FDA approved siya and has pure glutathione (not reduced), NAC, Alpha lipoic acid, Hyaluronic acid, Vit c (Sodium Ascorbate), Rosehip extract and vitamin E.

so far ok naman effect sakin if ever umiinom ako the next day or kapag nasa outdoor parang powdery white feeling ko nag lotion ako na may instant white effect haha glowing din. pero not sure kasi nag ivg din ako. mag feedback ako after a month ciguro para mas ok.
