Hi! What is the best gluta booster, NAC or ALA? Anong gamit nyo?

May nabasa ako na NAC causes more mucous sa lungs, sa ALA naman so far wala pa akong nabasang bad review sa kanya. Which is better to use?

Gluta helps lighten scars right (evens outs) pero once you stop ba, permanent yung skin color mo na? I wanna take it to for my scars lang then kapag ok na stop na.

Personally, I think mas mabilis mag-fade yung scars sa whitening soap and bleaching lotion. But Im talking about scars na mga minor "kamot" sa katawan hehe. Marami kasi ako nun sa braso ko. Does gluta help? Siguro pero matagal. Minsan kahit maputi na ko kita pa rin yung peklat so I use bleaching lotion para lang ma-peel ng konti tapos new skin na, wala na yung scar.

If you stop taking gluta, eventually babalik yung skin color mo sa dati or mawawala yung "glow".

^ thanks for the reply i actually i tried belo pero 6 days lang (once a day lang) pero di ako hiyang kasi naka pimples ako sa not usual area. Ayoko na ituloy my 4 caps pa ako haha. Anong bleaching lotion yan? Hehe

Ano kayang Collagen ang perfect combo with Ishi Premium? Anyone?

Pwede bang pagsabayin Daily ang:

 MORNING: tat307 1 tab +vit c 1000mg + 600mg NAC

NIGHT:tat307 2 tabs +vit c 1000mg + 300mg ALA

Ng isang inuman lang sabay sabay ng Morning and Night, nakalagay sa med box para diko na malimutan. Kailang ba ng interval?anong max dosage ng NAC and ALA per day? I have fair skin, 123lbs.  Salamat sa sasagot.

^ We have the same regimen sis. I recommend you take your pills throughout the day. For NAC, I read that the maximum dose is actually 2400 mg and I did that for a while kaso when I had my blood tests done, my doctor advised me to stop kasi I had mild thrombocytosis (blood clotting). Nabasa ko sa isang research na may ganong kaganapan nga daw kapag sobra na sa katawan ang NAC so hinay lang din mga sis, I just take Everesh White EX for my l-cysteine (240 mg) and it works for me naman.

I'm taking luxxe white again, dito lang ako hiyang and ang mura lang niya. Tapos may NAC and ALA na siya kasama kaya mas nakakatipid ako. Excited na ako bumalik sa dating puti ko.😝

Sis lovely_chic, yes i have tried Snowcaps. Bought it on Lazada. Actually, lalo akong pumayat sa Snowcaps. Yun ang effect sa akin, and hindi ako hiyang, cause i had pimple breakouts. So i stopped. I want to get back to Met Tathione.

i guess hiyangan lang talaga i consumed 6 bottles of MET na. inuubos ko na lang this last one and walang effect sakin.. on the positive side at least maintained lang ako. di ako nag breakout hehe

Sis lovely_chic, php2695 ang Met. Dati ang effect ng Met sa akin is  glowing and nag lighten talaga ako. I stopped using it and tried snowcaps for 5months. Di maganda ang effect ng snowcaps sa akin. I stopped for a month and started IV gluta (4months). Mejo pumuti ako pero ang pimple breakout ko is bongga. Went to my derma and told me to stop taking gluta since my gluta has collagen content and told me that it is the one who broke me out. So i plan to take Met Tathione for maintenance. Sana di Ko mag break out nito.

scary yung thrombocytosis sa NAC ah.
I take 1200 - 2400 mg pa naman daily. Mas ma.appreciate talaga skin under the sun, but why would I want to go under the sun in the first place

I'm really contemplating on Shiseido Purewhite and Benefique... gluta free na and I'm brown again ew hahaha

Wala na pong Hakubi White C. Kahit sa Japan phased-out na po yun. Old stocks na siguro from other countries like Singapore and Malaysia yung natitira if meron man.

Parang type ko pagsabayin Ishi Premium (am) and Kyusoku Bihaku (pm). Sino na nakatry? Keribels lang ba? Naisip ko lang since gluta activator si KB. Any thoughts on this combo?

Plus naghahanap ako ng collagen na maganda ipair-up. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

^^Hi candygrenade, yep maraming Hakubi White C dito sa Singapore which is why I'm considering it, easily available kasi sya. Pero wala ako masyadong makitang reviews kasi, konti lang
