I think Im ok with now weight now, from 143 lbs last Sept 2017, Im now 115 lbs starting April. How do I maintain weight without losing anymore? Gusto ko na uli mag carbs but I heard baka tumaba uli. But if I continue with Keto and IF, baka pumayat pa ako ayoko na pumayat

^Losing weight is more of lifestyle change so you might have to continue with that same lifestyle to keep your weight in check.

I lost weight the traditional way, exercise and changing my eating habit. It's been 4 year and I never looked back. But I still exercise and making sure to eat right. I have no special diet and I don't count calories anymore pero nakasanayan ko na yung lifestyle.

^I agree. It's more of a lifestyle change talaga. I started keto July last year weighing 165lbs. I was doing Fitness Blender, Fitness Marshall dances exercise on Youtube. It's a very sustainable lifestyle unlike any other diet. Now I'm down 115lbs. 10lbs to go na lang. Goodluck mga sissies!

I am finally losing weight! Just happy finally may progress although ang tagal and I don't feel deprived either... i've been eating keto friendly snacks and desserts (Hungry Hippo Ice Cream and Cookies). I've also been taking nut butter supplements which are high in fat.. but i noticed whenever i take a nut butter (it's like a spread na combo of macadamia nut, and some other nuts), my heart feels like it's beating a LITTLE faster.. not sure if my blood pressure accelerates because of the fat concentration, or i'm getting an energy boost from this nut butter. I notice though i lose weight EVEN faster on days i take it. I've lost 6 lbs so far, average of 2 lbs. My husband thinks im crazy and i should stop but i want to lose another 6lbs to stop. I just want to feel my best in my best weight.

I feel that everyone should do more research when it comes to this topic and get some basic understanding about human metabolism. Dieting is never a safe option and you need to figure out are you really ready to take any risk on your health. For example, there are a lot of companies that sell ketones as a weight loss supplements. And you should really learn about what are ketones and how they're involved in metabolism.

But this is not only recommendation for keto diet, it's a good idea to do proper research about anything that can affect your health.

Gusto kong buhayin ang thread na ito since gusto kong mag lose ng weight in preparation sa pagbabalik ko sa corporate world. Ever since kase na magsama kami ng BF ko, anlaki na ng tinaba ko.

Ang hirap lang talaga na i-cut ang rice sa meal pero I'll give it a try,

I wanted to start a small business, nag import ako ng Chia Seeds, and then planning to import Quinoa next and other Super Foods, I'll be selling it cheaper than the stores/mall to promote nga healthy lifestyle. Ofcourse, it can help din on your specific diets.   ;) Lose fats in a healthy way!.. :)

Hello hello. Pajoin mga sis :)

I started my Keto / LCIF diet almost a month ago. pero may mga days na nagcheat ako, kaya hindi pa madami ang nalolose ko. Though, parang naglose na ako ng 3.5kgs, and nasusuot ko na ang mga damit ko dati na hindi kasya saakin. Nakakahappy!

Ang main problem lang, may gout ako at mataas ang cholesterol. Kaya, hindi sakin daw pwede tong diet na to sabi ni Doc :(

I've been on this diet for exactly 1 month and so happy that I dropped almost 5kgs.

Andami ko na-try na diet lifestyle, slimming coffee, pills, etc. Nag enroll pa ko before sa gym before, but this lifestyle eto lang talaga yung makikita mo ng result agad agad. :)

hello, i am into this diet, lifestyle rather, dami ko na din natake na slimming pills before but this one yung talagang nagwork or maybe dito talaga ako naginf determindado. Hirap na hirap ako makabalik sa ideal weight maybe because of lack of discipline.

nafeel nyo na ba yung bigla na lang kayo maiiyak sa salamin while looking sa sarili nyo? Ano nangyari?  :(

i lost 13kilos on this diet, 5th month ko na ngayon almost on my goal weight na, thanks to this diet and to my brother who introduced me to this lifestyle, nag speed din ang burning of excess fats ko and carbo because of keto supplements that my brother gave me ( he is also in keto) I even showed it to our family doctor to check if its safe, she approved it naman, with the help of the keto burn advanced weight loss supplement  more energy for me, nawala cravings ko, and nakatulong makapag shred ako ng 10 kilos more while taking it. Talagang tyagaan lang and full committment on this diet, but i am happy, almost hitting my target goal in no time.

kaya advice ko lang sa mga gusto magpapayat, consistency, determination and discipline is the key and magagawa din natin makabalik sa dating katawan. :)
