So I'm kinda lost or praning lang as my personality goes or excited lang talaga...
We booked KbyC na sa fair and now I don't know what's next... Our wedding is till November 2016 pa naman so I don't know if nagmamadali ba ako or what to expect something from the AE and stylist... Can you guide me ladies... Thank you so much!

Hi sis you're doing fine, to book K By C usually more than a year dahil mabilis silang mabook. Ako nagpalit ng venue para lang maavail ko sila Happy preps sis!

Contact mo na AE mo for your initial food tasting. Mabilis sila maubusan ng slots, you need to have a schedule months before your preferred date.

I had been seriously considering KbyC, pero never attended a wedding na sila ang caterer.
Comment ng Ate ko, konti lang daw serving, di naman daw gaanong kasarapan.
Masyado lang bang maarte kapatid ko? Madalas kasi hotel weddings ang pinupuntahan niya, and medyo foodie rin.
Super affordable kasi ni KbyC kumpara sa iba na wala pang styling.... Kayo ba sisses natikman niyo na food nila sa actual wedding, hindi lang sa FT?

^ Hi I'm a very recent KbyC bride.  We just had our wedding last Friday.  So far, masaya ako sa food nila. Even our guests were so happy. Super sila nabusog.  It wasn't perfect though,  but their food and service were great.  Napaka polote ng mga waiters.  There was one waiter na hinanap nya talaga yung wine na binili ko for me. Nahalo kasi sa wine na iseserve sa mga guest.  (Nyahahaha) 

This was our menu

Soup:     Brocolli and cheese
Appetizers:
                Portobello fries with wasabi cream
                Grilled cheese with tomato soup shots
                Pan de sal bruschetta with adobo flakes
                Mini Eggs benedict
Bread with pesto butter
                Olive oil

Salad:
               Watermelon and feta with citrus dressing

Mains:
               Vongole Pasta
               Seafood with chicken and chorizo paella
               Osso Bucco
               Herb spatchcock chicken
               Lechon
Desserts:
               Coffee panna cotta with chocolate
               Creme' brulee
               Flambeed mangoes with vanilla ice cream
               Fresh fruits

Side order:
              2 orders of chocolate cake  (This was supposed to be our 4th dessert but since our wedding cake is already chocolate, I dropped it and just ordered as a side order. 1 was served to our VIP-s the other I brought home. I sooo loved it kasi.

hi sisses! question re KbyC package 2 (with cake), ito na ba yung wedding cake so no need na to look or book for a cake supplier? medyo naguluhan ako kasi meron namang cakes na kasama sa dessert menu nila. thanks!

Hi sis! I also booked KbyC sa fair. My wedding is on December 2016 naman but until now walang AE na nag contact sakin.. Do I need to call them to confirm? Or matagal pa kaya wala kumo-contact sakin? Panic mode lang mamaya na overlook booking ko sa fair.

^ You can call them and the secretary or who ever picks up the phone can check who your AE is. Get your AE's email and phone number then contact her for your first food tasting.

email them sis jdm1011, my wedding is in Jan 2017, and I already have AE and stylist from KByC since January 2016. I immediately asked them who'd be handling me after I paid my DP:)

^^^ contact your AE sis! When you book, they will be giving you the calling card of your AE. Im a Nov 2016 bride, but for final Ft na kami.

^^ thanks sisses! I will call them tomorrow morning to confirm. Done with the first food tasting na then they advised me to book at the wedding fair para may free additional dessert. After booking at the fair, I didn't hear anything from them na to think March pa yun ha. I need to call ASAP. Thank you!

^^hi sis lyr3hs i'm a nov bride too pero di pa kami nakapagpa-sched for final ft when's your schedule? btw sis, may I ask kung anong package yung binook mo with KbyC? we booked yung package 2 (with cake) not sure lang kung ito na ba yung wedding cake? hehe nakakalimutan ko i-ask sa AE namin.

KbyC is my nonnegotiable supplier. attended several weddings na nila and never pa ako nadisappoint. once we lock the booking for glass garden this weekend, next na silang ibubook namin.

^^^ sis a_recruitment, sa August ang Final FT namin. I have it scheduled early kasi mabilis mapuno ang schedule nila, and we are both overseas ni fiance. Package 1 ang binook namin. And yes, wedding cake ang kasama sa package 2 sis. When is your wedding?

^^thanks sis lyr3hs, sa nov 5 weding namin nag-initial ft kami last feb, tapos nag-request for a 2nd ft nung march. baka sa sept na lang kami magpa-sched ng final ft, dito lang naman kami ni h2b

Hi ladies I booked KbyC last January and got Bea as my AE. I think she's new to K's team but so far, so good. She's been really prompt with her replies - 2 days after I email, which I think is okay considering they are very busy all through out the day with all of their food tasting schedules and events. We also did our initial tasting last February. There were a few misses but we loved the following:

Chicken on Crisp Tortilla
Hoisin Crackling Pork Wrap - Yum!
Honey Nut Prawns - Favorite!!!
Baked Fish in Cream Sauce & Slivered Almonds
Pork Belly with Chimichuri
Roast Chicken with Fennel Spice Rub
Picatostes with Tsokolate - The tsoklate was quite dark, which we love!
Mango & Coconut Tiramisu - Surprisingly good!

We still have not finalized our menu since we are scheduled for final tasting still on September. Our stylist said that it would be better to schedule closer to our wedding day so that she can figure out which flowers are in season by that time.

Just wanted to share also that I attended a wedding last December catered by KbyC and I was really impressed with both food and service. All of the food they served were good! Also, the waiters were very attentive to our requests. So, hoping for the best also on my wedding day!

Dec2016 tagaytay bride here. hope you could help me in my questions below:

1) Kumuha pa ba kayo ng separate stylist? Kasi naisip ko ang additional lang naman na gusto ko is the registration table, photo wall and a string of lights. hehe parang sayang naman mag hire ng stylist na separate for those lang.

2) Ano yung LOL+KBYC package?
