Wag nyo po papabayaan ang husband ko, Lord. Sana po ay hindi naman sya ma terminate dahil sa isang beses syang na-late.  Talaga pong ang hirap magpatuloy sa araw na ito pero alam 'ko po at nagtitiwala ako ng buong puso na hindi nyo po kami pababayaan. Nakakapanghina ng loob pero alam 'kong may magandang plano po kayo, Lord. Pinapanalangin ko rin po ang mga amo nya na magkaroon sila ng maliwanag na isip at makatarungang pagdedesisyon. Lord, kayo na po ang bahala... Tanging sa inyo na lang po kami kumakapit talaga. Maraming salamat po.

^hugs sis..wag ka magworry masyado sis..pero sa sitwasyon ng husband mo kung imminent yun termination nya ay mas maige pa maretrench sya o magresign na lang kesa materminate kasi bad record yun sa kanya lalo na kapag mag-apply sya sa ibang company..magiging ground pa yun para hindi sya matanggap or nasa bottom sya kahit maganda ang qualifications nya..
Sa experience ng husband ko, muntik na din syang materminate nuon due to complicated reason nuon pero naunahan nya dahil sinuwerteng nakahanap sya agad ng malilipatan. Then nagresign sya. After 3yrs nagsara naman yun company nila pero sinuwerte naman syang iabsorb ng company nila na base abroad..Then ngayon asa abroad pa rin sya. Mas marami opportunity syang nakita dahil natuto sya ng ibang language at mas nadagdagan ang skills nya.kaya blessing in disguise na din yun nangyari sa kanya dahil nakalabas sya sa comfort zone nya at mas naging competitive kahit may katandaan na sya.

^ overseas kami sis and in this country, it is not easy to change jobs kasi your current company has to release you. 80% of companies here do not release their people, so if he gets terminated or is asked to resign, he will have to go home. we have car loan under his name and we cannot afford to lose any of our jobs talaga.  Please include us in your prayers sis.
