It really depends on the quality of flowers, and the quantity. What I have learned (and may not be applicable for the venue you have chosen), that if they are just small upgrades from what the resort is providing better ask the resort to upgrade it with a cost.
Some of the options for budget friendly styling is Florista Boracay and Judan Vargas, and the high end ones are Teddy Manuel and Vatel

For your questions:
Photo and Vid: Basic Premise is - The more add ons the pricier it will be, do always check for the package inclusion. Most of the video package you will encounter will only include SDE, and wedding highlights, save the date, full wedding docu are add-ons. And no they are not the same, SDE is usualla 3-5 mins film to summarize the days event and shown at end of reception, highligst are usually 8-15 mins summary of the wedding with some of the speeches and enterntainment shown.
For Photos: Prenup is always an add-on, always check on also on the inclusion like photo albums and min. no. of edited photos.
Do you have a Photo and video supplier already? If you want to save on money there are several P&V supplier in boracay that would save you from Out of town fees, lodging fees, and Airfares that are usually included on top of your chosen package by Manila Based supplier. You can also widen your parameters to Iloilo based P&V as they charge the same also, and there are a lot of options in Iloilo.
Options are:
Photo - Pleiocene (highly recommended), Lovetrain, Enrico Nepomuceno, Bordoy, Donnie Magbanua, Vaggo nozze
Video - Lula Films, Mayad, Enrico Nepomuceno

Photobooth & Event Styling:
Photobooth - I think Enrico Nepomuceno has photobooth, and you can try also what we used on our wedding which is the instaprint, guest just need to upload pics in IG and used certain Hashtag and it will automatically be printed.
Flowers - Try Florista
HMUA - Recommended is May Jasmin Labao or Fern Quimpo ( we chose May Jasmin)
