^I don't have the exact explanation. But it has something to do with pressure points and contractions. Ganun din kasi nung nag pa foot spa ako, iniwasan nung nail technician i-massage yung foot ko.

Hi mommies!
About sa sleeping position, my OB specifically told me not to sleep on my back kasi it will restrict oxygen and nutrients from placenta to the baby at may vein din daw na maiipit.  I am not sure if for me specifically lang but I googled ganun din mga advices dapat right or left side, at most preferably left side.  This is a challenge for me kasi back sleeper ako, ngayon medyo nasasanay na.

^belle_v2g, sana mapigilan ko pa ang sarili ko. every weekend kinukulit ko husband ko na gusto ko na mamili. hehe. alam na namin halos kung anong mga bibilhin namin. may allotted budget na kami for the baby needs sana hindi na lumampas dun.

^Wantstobeamom, back sleeper ako. nahihirapan talaga ako matulog ng nakatagilid. parang naiipit yung kalahati ng katawan ko.

^about sa CAS, wala pa nababanggit ang OB ko about it. once pa lang kami nagpa ultrasound, noong 20th week. sa saturday ang next monthly checkup ko (24 weeks and 2 days), tuturukan daw ako ng tetanus toxoid. makapag- prepare na pala ng questions. pag andun kasi ako nakakalimutan ko na ang mga itatanong ko.

^hihi sarap mag shopping para kay baby sakto sa 23 ko na malalaman gender ng baby ko.. Para alam ko na kung ano bbilin ko for my baby.

- sis fiona & sis wants, parang ang hirap ng left or right side ako nga nakadapa talaga ako matulog so adjustments talaga gagawin ko para masanay sa tamang sleeping position. 

- sis simang, yeah next check up pa siguro sayo 20-28 weeks naman ata ang CAS (not sure).

- sis coca, parang gusto ko din ng massage, layo nung sa BGC, search ako san pwede.

how about ipl/waxing/ sugaring how do you manage?  laybare need pa ng med cert and and sa mga skin station, they don't allow na pala.

Wow baby fair, gosh pag ganito pa naman feeling ang daming nabibili. Parang lahat okay kay baby.

Hi batchmates how are you all doing? Been awhile since my last post.

Anyway, anyone here na naka-position na si baby? Sa akin kasi complete breech sya during my latest U/S at 22weeks. Haven't shown the result to my OB yet as January 30 pa next check up ko. My folks said na the baby will still move pa naman. I really hope na mag move talaga sya in time para carry ko mag normal delivery.

We also learned during the said U/S that we are having a boy although medyo tinago pa nya at first kasi nakatalikod sya. Ang saya ko lang!

Sis Miss Granger, ako din nakadapa talaga ko sanay matulog, even now i still lie on my belly minsan, although feel ko na medyo naiipit na talaga tummy ko. So far sinasanay ko naka side lie ako either right or left. Di ako comfortable on my back hinihingal ako kasi.

Ako cessilay frank breech din si baby ko. Naku kinakausap ko talaga sya na umikot pa kase ayoko talaga ma CS. Sabi din nila maglagay ka daw ng music sa puson mo para umikot si baby. Susundan nya daw kase yung sound. Mag 28 weeks na ko this saturday and I'll be having a boy din

miss granger wag kana mag pa IPL and wax if first time mo mag pa wax delikado kasi.. Ako nga gusto na ipa wax kaso bawal baka mag cause ng contractions un pain ng waxing. Ipl di pwede yan kasi laser yan ei.

My baby is in cephalic position already. Head on and placenta is posterior so naka harap siya abdomen. Don't worry sa breech position, big chance that they will turn naman.

Were your cervical length measured during the anatomy scan?

EDD ko ay MAY 20,2016. happy naman ako at nakitA ko ang thread na ito while searching for ob from imus cavite im 21weeks 5days na at kakatapos ko lang mag pa congenital anomaly scan at ang findings ay breech si baby at complete placenta previa.

No menstrual period last month as and my LMP is Aug. 15. I checked via pregnancy kit last Sep. 30 and its positive. This will be my 4th baby. Estimate ko May ako manganganak. Will go to my OB by Monday just to make sure na din.

Hi mommies! Post ko lang din dito question ko.. Meron ba sa inyo nakaexperience na parang naiihi pag nag sneeze or nag cough? Sinisipon kasi ako Nakakailang palit na ako ng undies kasi kada sneeze, parang medyo naiihi ako. Normal ba yun? I'm currently 11 weeks preggy. Tia!

^normal yun sis kasi the uterus presses our bladder. Kapag nagsneeze tayo may pressure lalo di ba. Actually kahit hindi nag sneeze may times na nagli leak talaga.

^nangyari naman saken yun bigla ako naihi dahil nasusuka ako.. Pero sneeze di pa try mo sis kiegel exercise.
