Yes sis, ok yung nakuha namin. Pulido pa yung pagkakagawa. May nga mura kasi sa Mayfair ranging 25k-35k for a pair na yun pero magaan and hindi pulido kung bubusisiin mo. Tagal din namin kasing pumili at tumingin tingin. hehe

@shinies Half covers the top of my finger. May 3/4 din so if your ring spins, diamonds pa din ang nakikita.

Problem kasi with full eternity is mahirap and magastos i-resize. Most people when they get pregnant, their ring size goes up.

Another problem is when you have stones on the underside, laging tumatama on things. Masisira yung diamonds or natatanggal.

I have a full eternity ring for my right hand. My mom gave it to me for my 18th, wala naman natatanggal na stone after 14 years. Pero I've had to move it from my middle finger to my ring finger kasi di na kasya.

Meron kasi silang machine made tapos may mga handcrafted and custom made sis. Kaya meron yung maninipis na kapag very keen ka sa details, hindi masyadong pulido. Haha even sa nga malls din. We checked sa Robinsons Manila. It's actually double the price pero may mga hindi pulido. Well depende siguro, kasi sobrang oc kami :)

How do you store the wedding rings? We bought them early kasi and I'm worried na they will tarnish with the humidity these days. I just keep them in the box they came in and then put some silica gel packets. Is that enough? Or better to put them in the small ziplock bags?

wow ang nice ng rings nyo sis, that's a full eternity ring right? and parang matte gold?

Yes sis ayouweinlove, matte [textspeak!] color, but fiancee had it in that design since it will age better.

Its not full eternity so I can resize it, but its not half eternity also, more like 75% eternity, hahaha.  I just told the jeweler to make it so it can still be resized, but I want it to be as close to an eternity ring as possible :-)

amg ganda ng ring nyo. <3 saan yang goldenhills sis? and how much nyo nakuha?

Thnaks honeybunny! Goldenhills has alot of branches, although we usually go to the one in Megamall.  They're also at alot of bridal fairs and offer big discounts there.  If you want, I can ask when they'll be having their next bridal fair.

I'm not sure how much the price is.  Because tag price for mine for full eternity was 150,000 something.  But that was before discount.  I will ask my fiancee how much everything cost and get back to you via pm :-)

I think it's better to just keep them in a box with silica gel. Pero it shouldn't tarnish if it's going to be in the box for a few months. Gold is one of the least reactive elements and the higher the gold content is, the least likely it is to tarnish.

I don't think putting it in a zip lock bag is a good idea kasi it's better when the container can "breathe".

If the rings came from good quality metal (gold), great craftsmanship, it won't tarnish if it's just a few months.  Best to keep it in its box. Putting silica gel is optional. All of my jewels are just in their boxes. I've had them for years and nothing's tarnished... so far :D Don't put it in a ziploc. If the bag hits or is grazed by something coarse, your rings could be scratched. The velvet insides of the ring box will protect it from having any deformities. :) hope this helps.

@Lila Fowler, @Missus O Thanks!  :) That's a relief. Super humid kasi lately where I live and my silver and copper stuff were tarnished na in like a week.

The rings are white gold, yellow gold, and rose gold (Cartier Trinity). I'm most worried about the rose gold because of the copper content, but I guess we're good? I noticed lang kasi na in the store they usually bring out the rings in ziplock bags so I was wondering if I should store it in the same way (ziplock and then put inside the velvet box pa din).

shinies - sira nga yung link hehe. malaki yung part nung white gold nyo, halata na ba masydo gasgas? Yung samen kasi pa wave wave sya, kaya hindi naman masyadong noticeable. buti nalang may wave! haha. Eto sya, except yung samen 3 diamonds. http://shop.diamondideals.com/images/Items/1042.jpg

LilaFowler - upgrade? you mean parang change ng wedding ring? Baka hindi siguro, kasi blessed yung ring! hehe. well that's for me. Or pa blessed nyo nalang ulit. hehe.

littlemissbiatch - technically it shouldn't tarnish. Hindi ba airconditioned? It should be fine in the box alone. Gaano katagal ba nyo ba i-store? We bought our wedding rings kasi November 2015, our wedding is July 2016. Wala naman nangyari. It stayed the same. Saka hindi ba sya free cleaning or something? Diba usually lifetime free service naman?

I'm not saying that rings are not important at all. If I thought they aren't I would not be here. But I just don't think wearing unblessed rings or changing them will affect my marriage. Circumstances change - maybe you could not afford what you wanted a few years ago or you want to celebrate a milestone by getting new rings.

The ring is a sacramental, meaning it is only a "reminder" of the sacrament of marriage. The ring is not actually a requirement for the rite of marriage. My parents were married in a Catholic ceremony with no rings. Just them and the priest and 2 witnesses.

ditto. we're planning to buy titanium rings for everyday use. practicality wise, hindi nakakatakot ibigay kung mahold-up ka (pero sana hindi naman mangyari satin ito)

^ I agree. I know some people din who use Qalo rings for everyday to prevent ring avulsion (do not google, promise) kasi they're very physically active. And I have friends din who have plans to upgrade their rings on certain milestones (e.g. baby, 10th anniv, etc.).

@hermione28 We bought the rings around April this year, wedding is in December. Yes we can have them cleaned but I still want to store them properly to keep them in good condition. I have airconditioning in my house pero of course I turn it off when I leave.  :)

We're planning to get Qalo rings too. My H2B works in construction so he needs a ring that is ok to get wet or scratched.

Hindi mukhang wedding ring hehe parang laruan.

Mas OK pa yung 2 set wedding rings isang gold tapos isang stainless pang araw araw OK lang magasgas mawala masira kasi madali palitan.

Di din kami naniniwala na pag na bless na yun na yun. Kung gusto talaga with blessing, pwede naman punta ulit sa pari?
