Gusto ko ng mas makakatipid currently at in the long run.
Parang too good to be true ito. I've talked to Chinabank and here are their initial offerings para sa housing loan.Interest Rate Fixing Term5.25% 1 to 3 years5.75% 4 to 5 years7.50% 6 to 10 years9% 11 to 15 years
hi sis, i confirmed with my cousin. who works at chinabank home loan. hindi daw yan yung rate nila.
Sis, CBS ako, offer nila 5.5% for 1yr lang.
Legit naman yung email kasi he's from chinabank.ph. Probably discounted? Hindi ba possible ito?
siguro naman legit yan. please note lang sis, yung offer sa amin before ng CBS was nabago. Parang 6.something percent for 5years, pos may iba ulit tumawag sa amin na yung 5.5% for 1yr na. Yun na yung final offer daw.
Sis minsan hindi advisable kumuha ng interest for 1 yr kasi ay magiging yearly ang recomputation ng interest nyo rate at kadalasan pagdating ng 2nd year onward mas mataas yong magiging interest rate kaysa sa prevailing market rate. Maaring ang offer for the first year is 5.5% then 2nd year is 8% etc.
Bili mo sa kanila yung unit o tulong sa loan yang gawa mo? Wala kami loan na iba pangalan. Sigurista hehe
