^^ for underarm laser hair removal - you'll immediately see the results based on my own experience at strip. i only did this thrice about 2 years back. now every month or so, i wax to remove stragglers. i noticed that the hair that grows are very thin and sporadic. i still have chicken skin, i'm afraid it won't ever go away, but it's not as bad as when i used to shave.

^^sis my gown is not sleeveless din pero nagpa LHR din ako last year hahaha. But super long overdue plan na kasi yun. Malaking help din kasi lalo lagi akong out of the country.

shygirlme - smag long sleeve gown nalang kaya ako? Di talaga carry ipakita underarm, though kaya naman yata ng make up. hehe.

pano ko ba sasabihin sa MUA, "uy make up an mo naman undermarm ko" hahaha! Or may ibang bayad yun?

^i have no idea sis kung pwede ipa makeup. Kasi papawisan so baka humawa sa gown mo. My problem naman is malaki braso ko. Nung una talaga sleeveless sya lakas loob pa ko liliit braso ko kaso di talaga lumiit kaya pina lagyan ko ng sleeves. Hehe

ah ganun ba di pala pwede. I saw kasi sa mga artista minamake up an yung underarm, braso, likod at legs nila para kapag lumalabas sa TV makinis.

^^Same issue here. May issue ako with the size of my arms haha Kahit noong super payat ako 6 years ago, never naging super payat my arms. Eh now that I am older it is harder to lose weight, kaya to be sure nalang ayaw ko mag sleeveless sa wedding haha  Buti my my waistline is more cooperative.

But just the same I signed up for UA laser because it is long overdue. SO when my sister who isnt getting married got a package, I got one too.

Thing is I got a package in SkinStation. It is so cheap, but I dont think 3 sessions will be enough. I think you need to finish the entire 8 sessions for it to work. But OK Lang if you have the time to wait and do it since its super cheap. Only 5k for 8 sessions hahahah thats not even 1 session in Belo!

^skinstation din ako sis! So far nakaka 6 session na ko pero ang konti nalang talaga! Last year 3 session this year 3 session din. Hindi ako nagsisi na mag invest sa LHR kesa magpa wax

shygirlme: So far Im ok also with the results of SkinStation. At first parang no effect. But I was thinking I can always get 1 or 2 sessions at Belo or another place with better machines to finish off the job in case SkinStation is not completely effective. Cheaper pa din than doing all the laser sessions in an expensive clinic.

rm1015: They have a lot of treatments and branches. I go to the one in Megamall =) I heard though in the SkinStation thread here in GT that other treatments like the Therafirme (for firming the face) isnt effective.

Nakakatuwa mga advice nyo dito. It kind of makes me more aware of certain girly things na I don't give time to think about.  I'm not that type of kikay, but it's nice to be more mindful of such things. hehe.  Question, if I were to avail of a laser hair removal for the underarms, how long before the wedding should I do this?

I had my underarm hairs removed via IPL, and to be honest it took like more than two years. They adviced me kasi na to have 1 session every 3 months, and 9-11 sessions depending kung may hair pa. The reason na why every 3 months, eh para daw nareach yung full cycle ng hair. If I remeber it right, after 3 sessions, mga baby hairs na. They discourage waxing, kasi nasasama daw yung follicles, which is yung tinatarget ng light.

The result is worhit though, it's like a baby kilikili after , you still have lines of course dahil sa skinfolds, pero no chicken skin

^same results with sis z0z for IPL hair removal. Now I just had a treatment every 3 or 4 months depende kung may tumutubo pang hair. Nakakabawas din siya ng chicken skin. Glad I started early with this treatment.

For my diet, Full meal sa breakfast. Tapos a little or no rice sa lunch. Dinner ko salad or kahit ano lang makain wag lang rice. Tapos nag tatake ako ng Raspberry Ketones and Green Coffee Bean supplement.

Workout? Wala pa, hahaha. mag sstart palang.
Ang hirap din pala ma motivate kahit na, 5 months nalang wedding ko na!

Same ata kame ni sis Chili, hopeless case.

^ think of the workout as an incentive to be healthier and for it to be a stress-reliever. for my husband and myself, we consider workouts our stress-relievers at the end of the day and it really helps. another reason i work out regularly is to prepare myself for pregnancy - i'm not sure how it works but i have this expectation that my baby will be big! hahaha!

naku sis hermione28 sali na ko sa hopeless case. i was doing so well with dieting na i forgot its time for finaly food tasting with our caterer, ayun all that effort gone in 1 full plate of desserts...oh well.. bawi na lang ulit.

Hello loves....

i have kadiri back acne problems siguro more than 1 year na (as in cystic haaaaaayyyy)... dream ko pa naman na backless wedding gown, malalim na cut abot sa pwet hahahaha!!!

Nag-pacheck na ko sa derma lately lang. Pinapainom ako ng antibiotic for 15 days (nasa 10th day pa lang ako) at wala pa rin effect. Im using din un prescribed soap na acneaid, pero wala pa ring effect. Feeling ko nga lalong dumami! Balik ako sa derma at itatanong ang next move.

So i have to make adjustment na lang sa gown na gusto ko..instead na backless, lace na lang with beads para ma-cover kahit papano ang dark spots. Nagkasundo naman kami ng designer hehe.

Kayo loves? ano mga insecurities nyo and how did you hide them???

^ako braso talaga. Maganda yung cut ng gown ko na sleeveless kaso wala akong lakas ng loob mag ganon kaya pinalagyan ko ng sleeves buti nagawan ng paraan. Tapos yun sa back din problem ko madami akong pimple marks. Buti may lace din back ko.
