When is your wedding sis? And what does your work entail? Kung matagal pa naman wedding mo, and your mostly indoors, maybe you can do some parang microdermabrasion or some chemical peel? Ang alam ko [textspeak!] pg gnyan ata eh di ka pwedi magpa araw.
hi sissies,I need help. I love going to the beach for swimming and surfing lessons. Over the years siguro na neglect, so I ended up with a much darker tone for my thighs and arms. My wedding gown is lace slim, cap-sleeve dress so its showing plenty of arms. any suggestions para mag-even out [textspeak!] skin tone?
hi bonzaigirl, it might be the shampoo your using, it may be too strong for your hair and your washing away your hair's natural oils. have you triednot shampooing your scalp every day - just the middle to tips?
sissies, kailan kayo nag start mag diet? my wedding day kasi is 8 months pa but my brother keeps bugging me to start my diet na daw. ahaha
same here. I should have started my diet right after the proposal pero 7 months away ang wedding ko and i need to lose about 7-8 kg. I havent done any gown fitting yet. any tips?
thanks bonzaigirl. im checking out emily skye's videos. i plan to do at least 30 mins of walking/running daily, some kettlebell exercises and planking. tapos alternate ko ng exercises from emily skye. i used to do yoga but stopped when the class was dissolved. i have to do my best talaga. pati diet ko kailangan ng make-over.
This advise worked out well for me. For rice eaters, you can shift from white rice to brown rice or basmati. It took a while before our son got used to it (imagine nadamay ang bata sa wedding diet) eventually nagustuhan narin, it's a healthy alternative anyway.Minimise your sugar intake. If you are using 2 sugars for your tea, that's useless. Take it down to 1 sugar at least. No cakes or sweets muna, i know it's torture. More veggies please, less oil, fried stuff and food containing lots of sodium so you don't look manas on your photos. My couturier advised me not to workout briskly kase ayaw nyang mukha akong maskulada on the day hahaha! (Walking is good though and i do that 8 hrs a day sa work) So he advised me to drink 2 glasses of warm water every morning. During the final fitting, he had to take 2 inches off my gown. Personally, i don't like super skinny then puro muscles. Parang mas mukha akong lalake compared to hubby pag ganon. We don't want that diba. I am 55kg and my height is 5'3.5" so bmi is very healthy pa din. i had a dental surgery 6 months before the wedding so that helped me lose weight (lol don't follow that!! Hehe)Skin wise, i kept using my derma prescribed medications. My meds are not available overseas so i had to request my mum to send them over. Please do not try using or experimenting skin products that you are not sure of. Scary. Sleep early and drink at least 2L of water a day. It will give you a glowing and radiant looking skin on the day. Do not stress so much if you have blemishes or pimples. They usually appear days before wedding due to stress and sleeplessness. The hmua will work their magic on you naman
I go Nazal MD for cleaning and LED light--- that's in Amberland Plaza, that's across Tektite. She owns Ysa Botanica
