Running And Training Shoes
« on: April 02, 2015, 07:13:04 pm »
Hi sissies, I'm thinking of getting serious sa running, so I'd need a really good running shoes. But I also workout, like cardio and strength training. My question is, can I use my running shoes for training as well? Too pricey na kase if I have to maintain 2 shoes.  Please leave your opinions. Thanks in advance.

Thanks sa reply sis. I'll probably use my running shoes din siguro for the meantime as I don't do intense training pa naman.

Recently bought Nike hyperfeel cross elite. Ang comfy! but you have to get 1-1.5 sizes higher than your usual lang. :) Bought it for almost P3k when converted sa Japan. Mahal kasi dito eh. Tsk.

I'm not sure sis but I think you can get away with using your running shoes for cardio hehe ganun ginagawa ko kasi. The Nike Free Run pairs are a safe bet, super comfy parang barefoot.

I've been using a pair of Adidas trainers (forgot na the model as this is more than a year old na) for cardio and medyo running din but over the weekend I went to the Nike factory store in Subic and got a hot pink pair of Nike Free Run Og '14 for only 2.8k from its orig price of almost 5k. This will be my new bugbog shoes for now.

^ What a steal! Pagnasa Subic ako, I'll make sure to drop by there  ;D

^^ Added that to my list, thanks. :D Maganda din daw yung TR Fit.

Anyone tried World Balance running shoes? Any reviews/feedback on it?

^ Champion running shoes cost less than 2k, around 1.7-1.8k. I have a pair, okay naman. Lightweight and memory foam ang sole.

^^^ sis ohcmon, have you tried Champion? No issues naman, especially sa support? Okay din sya for training sis?:)

^ Hindi pa sis. I wanna try it and Champion running shoes.  ;D

I'm currently using MKNY running shoes, 999 lang.  ;D Sa Ayala Dept. Store ko nabili. Comfy sya for walking and running, kaso after running 7-10km, super sakit ng inner thighs ko, it's not excruciating naman, parang sore lang. I'm wondering if it's because of the shoes or ganun lang talaga pag nag-rrun? Other than that, wala akong complaints sa current shoes ko.

^^ I actually like it more than my Nike LunarGlide, para kong barefoot hehe. Nowadays I use it mostly for cardio na lang.

Another less expensive pair pala to consider is Fila. Pansin ko lagi silang 50% off hehe.

^ Command 'yung sa'kin sis. Sinukat ko rin 'yung Atlas, mas magaan siya slight than the Command.
