Hi mga sis! MD here Regarding water, if breastfeeding, I suggest not to make the baby drink water because the first 6 months of life is supposed to be rapid growth. So the more the calories she can take in, the better be careful with over feeding though. Over feeding is the most common cause of vomiting in babies. When my baby is 1 week old, my pedia advised to make 4oz of milk for her, just so we can really check how much she takes in. Gastric capacity of newborns can be up to 3oz naman. If we limit kasi the milk to 2oz per preparation, we do not give our babies the chance to be fully satisfied.Regarding poop, I can let up to 2-3 days of no poop as long as the baby is not showing signs of distress. But if it goes beyond 3 days, I suggest you see a doctor. For the rotavirus vaccine, yes it is administered orally. I suggest you do not feed the baby for at least 30 mins before the vaccine because even if the vaccine takes effect the moment it touches the oral mucosa, it is still better if the baby consumes them all. It is also suggested that you do not feed the baby within 30 mins after the administration of the vaccine so she won't spit it out when she burps or when she vomits.Hope this helps
