Grabe booked na kaagad yung imbitado events for our date! bilis! We attended the wedding fair at smx yestetday scoutinh for an otd, pero di ko alam ang basis when it comes to this kung sino ok. any suggestions?

im also a frustrated imbitado bride!haha! They're booked on our date na..im planning to get 7ten5 pero parang hindi ba kulang masyado yung 1 meeting lang? Yung iba kasi 3 meetings man lang eh..any comments from previous 7 ten5 brides?

Mga sis, bakit ganun. Wala ako nababasa masyado about sa kausap ko na coordinator (Events Embassy).  Okay lang ba yun?  Parang walang reviews.  OTD lang sha, nagdown palang kame though madalas pag may tanong ako di ako masyado naeentertain.  Sabi kase ng ibang friends ko, mga OTD nila maasikaso kahit OTD lang. Cinocontemplate ko kung papalitan ba sha or intay intay muna eh. Nirefer siya ng photographer namin. Ano sa tingin nyo?  If we decide to find another coordinator, okay lang kaya yun given na referral siya ng photographer namin?

Hi sis negirena, mineet mo ba sila before paying the downpayment? Sayang din kasi ang downpayment but if you are hesitant about their services, you can meet other suppliers pa din naman. Hindi naman ang nagrefer sa OTD coordinator mo ang ikakasal, that's you therefore you have the final say
How would you define "hindi masyado naeentertain"? Does it take them days to reply to your queries? Or hours lang naman? They might be busy taking care of other errands din siguro but they do have the responsibility to reply to your queries lalo na kung unlimited consultation ang nakalagay sa contract.

I'm an Imbitado bride, and Ayie responds to every query I have immediately, may 2 times lang yata na it took her one-two hours to reply.

sis, you may also consider na peak season ng wedding ngayon, so baka super busy. I'm lucky with Sheena na she always reply, but sometimes naaawa ako, kasi parang she barely sleeps kasi super late na sa Pinas eh she's still answering my whatsapp messages.

Better, if try to schedule a meeting, kahit 30 mins lang to answer our consolidated questions.

Events Embassy (Cathy Ebuen) was my future sis-in-law's OTD last year. I think okay naman sila. Parang wala naman akong nabalitaan na major palpak moments nila during her wedding. Though mejo OC ako kasi ayoko nung parang nakikipagtsismisan / kwentuhan with the other suppliers during the event. Yun yung napansin ko lang nung wedding nya. Sorry, I can't give her any other feedback. Haha nagshare lang ako.

I NEED HELP MGA SISSES!

The coordinator I booked na nabasa kong highly recommended dito just backed out on me. Grabe ang stress ko kasi I'm about to be employed sa Singapore and gusto ko sana plantsado na lahat for our December 2015 wedding before I leave. Ang naging main reason niya for backing out  is because of my requirement na signed acknowledgment receipt which is given to me by all my suppliers immediately after receiving the down payment without having to ask. I didn't even require her, I asked kung pwede bang with signature yung sinend niya sakin na acknowledgment receipt. Ang akin lang naman gusto ko lahat official e ang interpretation niya hindi ko daw siya pinagkakatiwalaan. I wouldn't book her naman para ihandle ang wedding ko kung hindi ko siya pinagkakatiwalaan diba? Grabe lang. Tapos ang approach niya agad to give me back y payment hindi man lang pagusapan muna yung issue.

Haaayy. So anyway, I asked my fairy godmother program host (DTS) for recommendations. Una si Ayie and Thoffy kaso both fully booked na since December nga wedding ko. Now ang nirecommend niya naman si Ms. Mayette Cinco of MCC Events. I've met her na and she's really very nice. Gusto ko lang sana malaman kung okay siya mag coordinate. Any past MCC brides here or anyone na nakabasa na ng review sa kanila? Wala kasi ako makita dito sa GT.

^we all know that replying to our queries or text messages immediately is a sign of being courteous.. and that we are paying the coordinator for their services.. as a bride-- lalo pag sobrang stress, sometimes we forget na mayroon din ibang brides na inaasikaso si coordinator, or nakakalimutan natin na kailangan din nila ng time to breathe or may sariling buhay din naman sila na kailangan din pagtuunan ng attention. Sometimes it's just a matter of being open minded.. lalo na tama kayo sis, busy months nila ang ber months kaya eto na yung time na matatagalan na talaga sila magreply.

What do you mean di masyado na entertain? Most coordinators would say pwede unli tanong pero check your contract at kung ano napagusapan niyo.

Totoo nga yung machika sila but I saw very organized naman plus nakatutok sa client during the event.

Yes. Check the contract and yung coverage ng services nila. Especially if you are only getting them for OTD. minsan limited kase ang pwede nilang gawin. Yung sakin kase is partial coordination so technically 6 months before the wedding pa lang talaga kami magiging active sa communication..which is supposedly January 2015 pa lang magstart although when I signed the contract,  Bon told me that I can ask her about anything thru viber. Sometimes I ask for recommendations etc. However she did more than that.. she was actually the one who's paying my suppliers and she booked the church for me.. na hindi na covered ng contract namin. So.. check with them and find out for yourself kung hanggang saan kayang mag stretch ng coordinator pero still..sa napag usapan nyo parin dun kayo mag base

Nakakainis si hubby 2 be kasi ibbook ko na sana si imbitado kaso gusto niya muna makipag meet eh busy sila so ang ending booked na sila sa date namin.

I met Lowel of 7ten5 events last Nov 15 and so far so good! Nice at magalang. Friendly but at the same time, professional. Sa inclusions ng OTD coordination na kinuha ko ang nakalagay lang 1 meeting (contract signing) pero nung nag pirmahan na kami kontrata nilagay niya another 2 meetings pa daw prior sa wedding

i got styled celebrations by kits diaz as our wedding coordinator. so far, happy naman ako sa kanya kasi i can see that she knows what she is doing. marami rin siyang wedding hacks/tips. lagi siyang professional at punctual. 3 meetings ang allotted para sa OTD package, pero hindi kasama dun yung mga ito:

1. first meeting na "meet and greet lang", yung meeting para makilala ko siya at pag-isipan kung kukunin ko siyang coordinator.

2. kasama siya sa final food tasting and mock setup, free niya lang to kasi sumasama daw talaga siya sa final FT at mock setup para hindi siya clueless about sa arrangements with the caterer.

happy ako kasi mabilis siya magreply kahit text or email. at siya na mismo kumokontak sa mga suppliers ko at nakikipagusap to confirm things about the contract. sanay na rin siya to work with K by C kaya alam niya anong mga pwedeng gawin..

SMA bride here! Hassle free ang wedding ko and super alaga nila especially yun assigned sakin na coordinator (Mia). Even my P/V called them Super Coordinator, sila lahat nagasikaso and all even yun food ko hinimay pa nila. All I need to do is smile and the rest sila na bahala 😊

Oo sis donya_dyosa pinush ko na, 7Ten5 bride na ko hehe. I met Sir Lowell and he's super nice, ewan ko lang pero I got a really good feeling about it parang we're in good hands sa team nila. Saka while we were talking lahat ng sinasabi nya was exactly what's on mind. Hehe. Parang alam na nya agad yung trip ko. For example, pareho kami ng opinion about having a photobooth..we had a good laugh on that one. Hehe. Tnx sis

I got Gorgeous Bride and Beyond   so far ok sila, they sent me the worksheets right away and tips. Tapos ang bilis nila magreply text man or online instant messaging. Tuwing may questions ako, they respond timely will give review after the wedding..

as per Lowell, need na daw nila magtaas ng rate for next year since ang dami na nagrereklamo kapwa nila coordinator kasi nga sobrang affordable sila.. kaya it's a good idea na magbook na this year
