Just last weekend nawalan ako motivation.ilang months na rin ako nagwoworkout since last may 2015, based sa mga nabasa ko  hinde na mawoworkout ang lower belly sa mga CS the only thing i can do is to have a tummy tuck :'( magkakaroon ng konting changes sa workout pero yung malaking changes na matone or magka muscle is napaka imposible na :'(
Meron ba ditong mga cs moms?  Na naworkout nyo lower belly nyo as in totally nawala loose skin?

crazycoolchic19,halos same tayo. I started working out April 2015. I've lost 25lbs, halos 30lbs nga kaso I gained weight after Christmas vacation. CS din ako, when I lost weight nabawasan akong inches sa waist pero mukha pa rin malaki. Hindi na yata liliit as in flat.

:( I know madaming factors kung bakit pero magsstart nako mag-gym and proper diet and more kain talaga na healthy. I currently weigh 100lbs, goal ko is 115-121lbs since yon daw normal for my age and height. :)

^ buti ka pa sis ang pagtaba ang problema mo. ako di ko na alam paano pumayat. pero basta healthy ako ok na ko. been going to the gym for months pero ambagal.. as in super bagal ng result. amost no result at all pa nga. kaya minsan nakakapagod na rin. I eat less na ga rin at pag dinner almost none unless weekends pero in moderation pa rin at no rice as much as possible. grabe! buti pa when I was younger ambilis magpapayat. now..grabe.
di ko na nga alam gagawin ko. whew

My motivation are my kids and for my myself. I have a son who just recently diagnosed with autism, that motivates me even more, to stay healthy and hopefully live longer for them.

So what motivates me to do exercise? Well, when I see girls out who looks a bit skinny and well, is my opposite, I tend to get jealous..

Short-term motivation: To help me lose weight for my wedding in a month

Long-term motivation: When I see my high school batchmates at reunions I notice the ones that workout look infinitely younger and prettier than the ones who do not workout. Up to my early 30s, I could still get away with dieting alone and still look young and fresh. But I think once you get to your mid 30s-- it becomes really obvious when someone does not workout and take care of themselves! Di na kaya to look young and vibrant without any exercise.

Also I am starting to get batchmates who are getting sick with this or that ailment. We are really starting to age as we are nearing 40! So I really want to take care of my health.

I was diagnosed with Chronic Daily Headaches by my neurologist. So yes. I literally had small, dull headaches everyday. It's been horrible popping pills everyday and suffering the consequences of acid reflux. But then I started exercising regularly - 5 days a week religiously. And from then on my headaches has been reduced to almost none at all. If I would have one, I would manage without pain pills or exercising would help!

So my motivation to keep exercising is to not get a headache. Literally!

The current guy I am seeing with is the motivation. He doesn't go to the gym but he play sports so fit talaga. I nowhere near being fat comparing to a lot of people here where I live but I still want to lose a little weight and toned abs. He finds it funny though that I still want to lose weight. So, I enrolled in Orange Theory Fitness program.
