^Yes sis. Yung peg ko lang yung pinakita ko kay h2b. I hope my friend is available throughout the fitting though or else I will be going alone.

Ako pwede naman kasama si h2b kasi may separate room naman para dun sya wait or my MOH. Bahala na! Haha! Wala pa din naman sched yung fitting eh kaya di ko pa nafifeel pagiging bride ko bukod sa bonggang planning at kaka-GT!

Last week I went to Patricia Santos and Mak Tumang. Contrary to what people usually say, Pat was actually so kalog and was so bait! As in, she was making kwento all the time I was at her office. Even with my suggestions, she was open about it. She'd tell me if it will look good or not bagay. She's kinda pricey nga lang talaga but once you see her gowns in person, you'll really know why. Super detailed and super gandaaaa!! <3 Mak Tumang on the other hand naman, was very shy at first. He didn't talk much during the first part of the consultation, but once he warmed up to me he started making kwento na. I like the both of them but I felt like Mak got what I envisioned more. Parang we're on the same page. And when I suggested that I wanted to place a bow somewhere, ginawan nya ng paraan and I super like what he sketched for me! SUPER DREAMY! I wanted to jump for joy when we were in his atelier! The only probelm though...is his quotation (Haha! As expected!) There's around 20k difference between Pat and Mak. Now I'm torn! I still have months to go pa to think about it though. Hahaha. So excited!

Any Mak Tumang or Patricia Santos brides here who want to share their stories too?

^Patricia Santos is nice naman talaga eh. Hehe back then she was so cheap pa when I inquired with her. 90K lang almost fully beaded na ha including the entire hem.

But wala I got turned off because a couple of friends warned me about the professionalism and also quality of the entourage dresses. But anyway perhaps now she's better at organizing her timeline and fitting schedules already. There is no denying that she has good designs and her beaders are very good.

I also inquired with Mak before but he was waaaaay cheaper than Patricia Santos. If now, there is only 20k difference between the 2, I'd personally go for Patricia Santos since she has a bigger name plus aren't Mak's fittings all the way in Pampanga? The price of the gas for fittings alone is something to consider.

Doesn't Patricia sketch anymore during the 1st inquiry? She used to. =) Personally I find Mak's designs a bit costume-like or beauty pageant-like rather than bridal. But that's just me =)

@Chili1113: Hi sis! I read a review before kasi na she was masungit so I was so ecstatic to find out that she was totally the opposite. Haha. She actually sketched during my first inquiry and I loved it too! esp the embroidery But siguro I wasn't able to relay my thoughts/visions well lang din because there were some parts that I wanted to tweak some more pa. Actually I want to go back to her office to have her sketch a new gown again or have her modify the sketch she made but I'm still thinking about it. Baka she won't like that idea of drawing again! Hahaha!

The studio of Mak was actually in Rockwell only. It's a fairly new place lang din and since we live in Makati parang we thought this will be more convenient. And yes I thought about that too! But when I saw this article featuring him in a magazine, I saw his bridal collection and felt like he can do gown that I wanted! Or maybe it's just me lang din. Haha Thank you sis for your inputs, I badly needed that!

^Oh wow Mak Tumang has a Manila/Makati studio already. That's great!! BTW--- I remember Patricia S. told me when I met her before that if I change my mind about the design she can still change it as long as it the fabric hasn't been cut. So I am sure she won't mind if you have a re-design or sketch. I almost really booked her!! =) I think your gown will be beautiful regardless of which designer you go with. They are both good!

Hello gorgeous ladies and b2bs! Im a newbie here, and Im so ecstatic to know there is a forum like this  that can help fellow women in their wedding woes. Were planning to get married on October 2017! But dad and h2b wanted to make it earlier around June. But i think di kaya sa month na gusto nila, We havent booked any supplier yet, none at all actually. Ive been browsing for a month na, yesterday been crazily sending emails to wedding gown designers, Im an overseas bride gusto ko isabay appointment sa kanila sa paguwi ko end of Oct. I wanna look beautiful on my wedding day but i dont wanna spend more than 100k. Sana 50-70k lang, elegant and classy sana. Any thoughts pala regarding Royanne Camillia Couture?
