I use ono rice and oatmeal soap for my body exfoliation,sabon lang gamit ko exfoliated na,para kasing panghilod,,sarap sa katawan after,,then sa face hhn strawberry scrub...

I swear by Neostrata and Tretinoin. I use Neostrata every morning and tretinoin at night, perfect combo. Baby smooth talaga. And i agree with sis PR280, physical exfoliants don't really do much. Dapat hindi lang yung labas ang nae-exfoliate, dapat pati yung inner layer of skin din.

Effective pa din ba yung Abonne Milk salt? Gusto ko na ulit bumili siguro 10 years ago ko pa yan huli ginamit, ang lambot sa skin after pero di ko sure if nakakaputi ba or what. I bought [textspeak!] Body scrub sa ka-office mate ko. Grabe ang mahal 900php good for 1 month lang. Nahiya lang ako kaya binili ko and 2 gives naman hehe. Di na ko uulit.

Sarap magscrub scrub sa body pero not everyday ko ginagawa. Alternate with dove para di naman mag-dry skin minsan Johnson baby milk bath

Kahit anong tretinoin okay.. Retin-A by Johnson&Johnson.... nung last time na umuwi ako nakabili ko sa mercury drug, start ka muna sa mababang dose 0.05% then after 2 weeks to 1 month pede mo na taasan ng 0.1%

Neostrata can be bought in derma clinics. Ask your local dermatologist kung nagbebenta sila. In my case since nasa ibang bansa kami nabibili namin sya over the counter. very good product. mejo expensive nga lang pero super worth it.

I still have tiny bumps on my forehead hinahanap ko yung maliit na bottle ng St. Ives Blemish Control Apricot Scrub kasi hindi okay yung Green Tea version niya and ayaw ko masayang yung pera ko. Pero yung Fresh Skin Invigorating Apricot Scrub lang ang nakikita ko

Trying out Human Nature's Purifying Facial Scrub pero mas gusto sana na mas gritty na parang apricot scrub. Hoping though it will clear out my forehead bumps

Can anybody recommend a grittier or grainier scrub other than St. Ives Apricot Scrub? I'm loving the Human Nature's Purifying Facial Scrub pero parang facial wash lang siya na may kunting "beads".
